Our beachfront Maui condo unit immerses you in updated luxury and the spirit of the islands. PH24 looks out on the golden sands of Sugar Beach on Maui’s south coast – the sunniest and driest part of the island – and the endless ocean horizon beyond.
PH24 is a direct beachfront unit. It is not a pool-facing unit and is not set back from the beach requiring a long walk from your unit to the pool or beach like many of the larger resorts on the island.
The thoughtfully chosen furnishings and décor in this recently remodeled top-floor penthouse unit will envelop you with the island lifestyle. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a great Maui vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach mats and beach towels.

Lovely apartment with a great view. Kind of surprised that we were asked to launder the bed linens and towels prior to our departure, especially considering that we paid a substantial cleaning fee in addition to the weekly rate. But we complied, fearing that we wouldn't get our security deposit back.

This is an excellent condo. It is very neat and clean; has a very comfortable bed; extremely well stocked kitchen; high end appliances; plenty of bath towels; is in a great location and has the most beautiful view. We highly recommend this unit and are so glad we made it our home base for our Hawaiian vacation.

Right on the ocean. The grounds and pool area are beautiful. The location is super convenient in the center of the island. The unit is very well equipped and is updated with new flooring, kitchen and bathroom. Furniture is attractive and comfortable with also comfortable bed and linens. Nice shower with plenty of places to hang towels. Great to have beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. We loved our stay.

Great property! Nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The view was the best. Easy to navigate. The parking was easy to find. The property manager was excellent at responding to our request. No issues with our stay. The beach was so nice and quiet! I will say some of the surrounding restaurants closed at 8, so just be aware of that. Would definitely stay again!

The view from the unit is AMAZING. The sound of the ocean at night lulls you to sleep. The unit was clean and just enough space for us to be a family in. We did not use the resort amenities offered, we were in town for a wedding and to visit family. But will definitely do so on our next trip. The location of the resort is great. You are in very close proximity to the center of town. We were just so pleased with the unit. We will definitely try to book this unit again.

We are so sad about the fire on Maui but we decided to still visit the island to show our support. The condo was lovely. The view from the condo & sound of the ocean is magical. The condo was clean & well stocked. The beaches are heavenly.
