You are literally living on the beach with no railing or stairs! The photos of the beach were right outside. The larger sliding glass doors may be opened to allow the trade winds to take your breath away. This complex has only forty two units which makes it less congested and busy.
Note how the open floor plan actually allows the dining nook to face the ocean as well as the living room. Wake up with your morning coffee and enjoy the widest unobstructed views of the Molokini, Lanai and Molokai Islands as well as the impressive West Maui mountains. Also from our lanai during the whaling season of January through March, you will be able to view the whales breaching.

Our stay in Maui was overall a good stay. We had issues checking in due to not receiving the check in email. Also there is in inconsistencies in the checkout time. Some places say 10 AM while other places say 11AM. The beach gear was nice to use however the beach umbrella was cheap and small. If your a light sleeper and don't like noise when you sleep then I would suggest you brief earplugs. The AC unit in the room a=is quite noisy when it starts up and runs. Otherwise it was a good unit!

Location and amenities of the condo were great. However it was in need of some updating and the bed was terrible. So much that we went to wallmart to get a topper to get through the nights.
Would definitely return only if the bed is replaced.

Property was exactly what we needed. The view was amazing! The shower head had too much pressure it was more like sandblasting. Usually it’s the opposite, right? It truly was painful though. It also needed to be decalcified. It had a lot of build up. The bed was hard but I didn’t mind. I slept well. We spent more time on the patio than anywhere else when we were there.

Located in Kihei just a bit outside the busier areas. Nice little apartment perfect size for 2 people. The view is where this spot shines. You’re able to see an amazing sunset every night and are able to hop right on the beach. Property is well kept. Would stay here again!

My rating summary is the property is a 2 1/2 stars accomodation with a 5 start view and beach access. It is priced right. Street and a/c noise, especially in the berdroom, is much louder than we are used too.

This ground floor unit was great. Just walk out to your own beach. The water is still and great for cooling off and a big beautiful view of the mountains and harbor. Looking forward to another stay here!

We loved the unit! The location on Kihei, the view of the ocean. We watched whales breach from the lanai. There were always turtles on the beach. The unit was clean, but it does need a deep clean. We didn't contact anyone, maybe it was scheduled for after our stay. But, there were not any creapy crawlies. Always a plus. We would stay here again!

Good location, clean, easy check in, two A/C units, two TVs, nice pool, overall very nice place to stay. Linda was very friendly.
