The view was great. The bed was comfortable. The elevators were SLOW. The parking was a bit small for a larger car.

2nd time staying at the Banyon - first time in Tower 2, and this time in Tower 1. Wonderful location, spacious, ease of access (except some very slow elevators), coffee shop and little market on the ground floor. Close to everything - the beach, zoo, restaurants, and the infamous ABC stores. Even checked out the BBQ area this trip, which was super easy and convenient. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided, along with some boogie boards. Excellent time, and will return and stay in this exact unit again!

Stayed 3 nights. Clean unit. Has everything you need. Great location. Cable and internet. A binder left in the unit with everything you need to know, place to eat and see. Mark was great to deal with. Got back to us quickly when we had questions. Check in was easy, which was great because we were already up over 24 hours and very tired when we got to the unit. Thanks Mark .

Only fault was the living room couch would swallow you up when sitting on it, and the pull out mattress was done in. Must replace

The apartment is beautiful, very clean, well stocked. Although we have not met the hosts we were welcomed when we opened the door with the A/C and lights on. We were here for one of us to recover from a surgery so appreciated the space to walk around in the main room and have many nice places to sit including the lanai. The bed was very comfortable too. The only thing is the shower water was not very hot. The other faucets were though. We had a lovely stay, would stay again as well as highly recommend this property. It’s a block from the beach too!

We enjoyed our short stay at this unit. The corner gave us several additional windows on the south side adding to the views of the ocean. The unit was clean and had all the kitchen and beach equipment we needed Thanks for a great time.

I was not happy with this property,the bedroom carpet was filthy.couldn’t sit on balcony always big puddle of water there and nothing to mop it up with,no mop to mop floors with,no ironing board.All in all the unit is very run down and needs an update.The bed was comfortable but it was so high I had a hard time getting into it.Also there was dead bugs in dresser drawers and washed all the dishes and cutlery before I used them.

Inside was great, well stocked and clean. Location was walking distance to anything for us. We did rent a car, so we could visit other parts of the island, so the included parking was a huge plus!
Mark was incredibly helpful and responsive, even for little things and quick questions.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The location to the beach and city amenities was perfect. Having a parking pass for our rental car was a huge bonus. The location is so great, we were able to drive around and see so much of the island, while every day being able to come back and walk down to Waikiki beach within minutes. My family can't wait to go back, I would stay in this condo again for sure. I wouldn't even bother looking at other places to be honest, no point.

It was a nice place. We enjoyed the stay there and the place was really nice. However it was noisy. We heard people talking loud in the street, drunks yelling at 3am, sirens blaring all day and night.
