My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon. It had everything we needed in a great location on the south shore of Kauai. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. with a phenomenal view of the ocean from the property. We loved falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing!

We loved the condo. It was my daughter’s second stay at this complex. The view was amazing. We enjoyed watching the sunrises and falling asleep to the sound of waves hitting the rocks. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfortable. It’s within walking distance to a shopping village, and the restaurant next door has the best Mai Tai in town! Highly recommend!

Time spent here was just what we needed for a vacation! We really enjoyed hanging out on the lanai watching the sea turtles come and go throughout the day. When it was dark, we also found it therapeutic to sit outside and chat while listening to the waves crashing along the shore. We used the nicely designed kitchen for minimal meal prep and often walked nearby for dinner out. It was pretty warm during our visit so we used the A/C when we got back in the evening. One of our favorite parts of the condo itself was all of the space designed in the bedroom and bathroom for the supplies, clothes, etc that we brought for the trip. No need to live out of a suitcase! Hoping we can return before long for another visit!

This property had the most gorgeous view from the lanai. It had everything anyone would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and especially loved the Old Koloa Town.

This unit was absolutely perfect for our vacation and we could not have enjoyed it any more than we did. The unit was clean which is super important to me. It had everything we needed. Most of the time was spent on the lanai watching the water and the turtles. Koloa and Poipu are, in my opinion, the best part of Kauai (all beautiful though) and we would definitely stay here again. Polly was very responsive to any questions we had.

We loved our stay here, very clean and well maintained. The best part was sitting on the lanai watching the turtles or just listening to the waves crashing on the shore. At first I was a bit disappointed because it faced east so we wouldn't be able to see the sunsets, but then realized if it did we'd have the afternoon sun beating in to the condo, heating it up. Plus, we did get to see some fantastic sunsets. As it turned out, we were usually on some beach at sunset anyway so we wouldn't have been on the lanai anyway.
The kitchen was great, we were able to make all our meals in the condo and didn't need to eat out at all (we figured that saved us around $2K - my wife said Hawaii is like the state fair, if you go for the food you're going to go home broke).
The AC did keep it cool when it got too hot, but we didn't use it much. We preferred to keep the door to the lanai open at night so we could hear the ocean.
The location was good and bad - it's in a fairly busy area, but it's also very close to shops and restaurants if that's what you're looking for. The condo and lanai are facing away from all that so when we were in the condo we didn't really hear any noise.
Would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Kauai.

I can’t say enough about the property! The views are amazing. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the lanai watching the waves and a cocktail at night looking at the moon reflecting off the water. Unit had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Location was perfect and we enjoyed walking to Baby Beach for the day. Excellent communication with Polly, the owner before and after our stay. Thank you for a memorable 10th Anniversary stay!

The location of the condo is nice & the space is adequate. But that’s where it ends. First, the condo needs a “deep clean”. Second, it needs a total refresh. The furniture & appliances are old, the utility drawer doesn’t stay closed, very few bath towels provided (which is bad because the condo doesn’t have its own washer & dryer), etc, etc. If possible, I highly recommend you spend more for lodging & avoid this rental.

This condo has a great location. You can watch turtles in the waves from the balcony and walk out on the grounds to watch the sunset. The condo is spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and has a balcony with a beautiful view. There is a large kitchen area and a very nice bathroom and shower. There is so much to see in every direction in Kauai and if felt great to come back exhausted every day and have such a beautiful, comfortable place to relax and watch the turtles or catch the sunset. The outside of the complex is nicely landscaped and lots of surfers to watch from the front lawn. There are nearby restaurants and beaches. The location is great and the condo itself is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit and hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was beautiful, clean, and had a great view of the cove. The condo is well stocked and is close to everything in Poipu. Great communication with the owner relative to stay, check-in instructions, and follow-up.
