Aloha! When you rent this condo, you will be renting from me, Kevin. I own, manage and maintain this property. I own 3 but the pictures you see are of the unit you will be renting. The pictures are recent and accurate. What you see is what you get. I am the person who answers your questions and assists you if needed. I do not shuffle you around to different units; the one you are seeing is the one in which you stay. If you have a question on a Saturday, you will receive a response from me and not have to wait until Monday. I live 5 min. away so reach out to me if you have a question. I make sure you have the highest quality Maui stay.

This studio condo is quiet, clean and a holiday retreat with a sunset view. Within walking distance of two great restaurants; Monsoon, an excellent Indian restaurant and Isana, for fish and sushi. The studio is on the 2nd floor west facing, located at Kihei Bay Surf. This complex is a small boutique resort across the street from the beach and Kalepolepo State Park. Turtles come onshore to the park and its 500 year old Hawaiian Fish Pond to sleep at sunset.
The condo has bamboo and tile flooring. The lanai view is of the West Maui Mt.'s, a perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The complex is well lit for safety. A keyless entry system on the door, with a rotating code, allows for secure contactless entrance whenever you arrive.
