Our 1531 sq. foot penthouse villa, located on the top floor of a three-floor villa, has three bedrooms, two baths. Stretch out and relax in this well appointed, spacious, tastefully furnished condo. You'll find peace and quiet with all the comforts and conveniences of home.
D34 in a non-smoking, no pets villa that has the privacy and feel of an upscale individual home with luxury furnishings, air conditioning and all the amenities you would expect in a luxury villa. Seating for 6 at the dining table plus bar stools provide ample seating for meals. The living room features a comfortable queen sized pull out sofa with a 50' Flat Screen TV, DVD, VCR, WiFi, and many other entertainment options. The living room, dining room and kitchen all have a beautiful tiled floor which is ideal to island lifestyle.
The granite counter kitchen will accommodate any gourmet cook with essentials including a glass-top stove, full oven, over-the-range-microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, double sinks with filtered water and disposal, also multiple small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, etc...). Cooking utensils, knives, and pots and pans are waiting to be used. If your idea of vacation cooking is simply brewing a cup of famous Kona coffee, then many world-class local restaurants await you.
The master suite features a king bed,(new mattress 2016) designer furniture, 30' Flat Screen cable TV and ceiling fan, it adjoins a spacious bathroom with two separate sinks, walk-in glass shower (renovated 2018), separate walk-in closet and commode room. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, designer furniture, cable TV and ceiling fan, it is located near a second full bathroom. The loft has two twin beds, ceiling fan and reading nook. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and amenities for your convenience.
Beyond the living room is your private lanai furnished with table and chairs, it faces no other buildings making you think you are in your own private paradise, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sweeping views of Waikoloa Beach Golf Course with Mauna Kea and the Kohala Mountain Range in the distance.
The unit comes complete with phones that include free local and long-distance calling to the mainland and Canada. Be sure to bring your laptop with you as secure, wireless high speed internet is available for your use. Other amenities include a washer and dryer with laundry soap, an ironing board w/iron and plenty of towels for the villa and the beach.

My husband and I were last on the big island 14 years ago and wanted to bring our children there. We chose the right place to stay! The condo is so much more spacious than it appears in the photos. It was extremely well stocked and spotless and the property manager was very accommodating, we were so pleased. We spent every day exploring the island and only returned home for dinner (sometimes) and bed. It was a wonderful week!!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this particular condo due to it's location on property as well as it's proximity to both Kings and Queens shopping centers. So convenient to be able to walk to both. The Condo was very clean, furniture in great condition and nicely decorated as well. It was very roomy, could easily accommodate a family of 6 (it has a loft with two twin beds). This condo is on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator) and the view of the golf course is wonderful way to start your morning with a cup of coffee on the lanai - so peaceful and beautiful. Bill and the property manager Joe, were easy to communicate with from beginning to end. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family and I had an awesome stay here in late April 2024. The place was very clean, comfortable, well outfitted and was true to the description. That bathrooms were clean and the bathroom in the master bedroom was very nice. The condo had boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The kitchen was well equipped and the only things we couldn't find were red wine glasses and a large cookie sheet; this was one of the most well equipped VRBOs we have stayed in. We could tell the owners take pride in hosting on VRBO and the attention to detail and how well outfitted this unit was made for a great experience.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again but a few things to note: this place is probably not ideal for those with young children - our children are well behaved and we were very strict about quiet hours yet a neighbor commented they were noisy; there were also reports of noise complaints from families with young kids in the guest book. This is a third floor unit and two loft beds are up a steep staircase; not an issue for our family but something to be aware of. Lastly, the lowest the thermostat could be set to was 73 and if the doors weren't shut for 5 minutes the AC wouldn't run; we had an uncomfortable night until we figured this out and 73 is still not as cool as we keep our house in the summer.
Overall this is a fantastic condo for a visit to the area and we had a great stay! I would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

We had everything we needed here: comfy beds, ceiling and portable fans, beach towels and gear, bath towels, and kitchen supplies.
The walls and doors are VERY well insulated! We never heard our neighbors.
We swam in the infinity pool every morning and evening and played mini golf at the King's Shops a couple of evenings. We also walked to A Bay beach a few times.

We stayed in appartment with teenage kids. Appartment was exactly as described. No surprises and comunication with owners was very easy all the time. Location in Waikoloa is great, close to two shopping centres and walking distance to beach. Really quiet and relaxed neighbourhood. Probably car still needed to do larger shopings e.g. in Kona and sightseeing. I can definettely recommend!
