The condo is located in South Kihei on Maui's sunny South side. The complex has a recently renovated pool area and beautiful, well-maintained tropical grounds. It is located within walking distance to everything, less than a 5-minute walk from Charley Young Beach, one of Maui's best swimming beaches, and Cove Park beach, one of Maui's best beginner surf spots. Shopping, restaurants, cafes, and Starbucks are within a 10-minute walk as is Kalama Beach Park which has beach volleyball courts, a skateboard park, a roller-skating rink, basketball courts and a playground. There's an assigned, off-street parking right in front of the unit.
The entire condo has been furnished and decorated with contemporary and warm décor. Tile flooring throughout the unit helps keep it cool and comfortable. The master bedroom features a luxurious, four poster king bed and a luxury plush, serta-pedic mattress when you need to rest after a long day at the beach, the pool or sightseeing around the island. The second bedroom is the perfect hangout spot for kids with a twin bunk bed, plenty of space to play and a portable crib for the little one. The bunk bed can be separated into two twin beds. The living room is spacious, features a couch, chair and coffee table, as well as a small dining area. And all the entertainment options you need are provided with a new 55" 4K UHD Roku Smart TV with free Netflix and YouTube TV, and of course there's free high speed WIFI. The bathroom was remodeled in 2011 with a bathtub for the kids, shower, and a large vanity with room for all your toiletries. And for those beautiful mornings or perfect, warm evenings there's a table and comfortable chairs on our private lanai so you can have your breakfast and dinner outside with a view of the tropical garden and the pool.
The beautiful and functional kitchen with Corian countertops is fully stocked with everything you need to cook in your home away from home. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stove, all necessary cooking utensils, blender, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker and much more.
The condo is stocked with everything needed for a comfortable and fun stay. That includes beach chairs, umbrella strollers, coolers, beach towels, lots of towels, and some board games and toys.
With two bedrooms, the condo is just perfect for you and your kids. With two children of my own the condo has been furnished with everything I look for when traveling with the kiddos. The unit provides a luxurious hideaway for adults with a beautiful master bedroom, a functional kitchen and perfect entertainment system. On top of that, everything has been setup with kids in mind. It is all about keeping the kids happy so that everyone is happy! The second bedroom comes with a bunk bed and has a large open floor space so there's room to play. There is also a real wood portable crib on wheels that can fit in either bedroom or be moved around, as needed. There is a single and a double umbrella stroller. With a stroller, the nearby playground, beaches and restaurants are within walking distance for everyone! The condo is on the ground level and doesn't have any stairs, so you don't need to carry anything or anyone up and down the stairs or have anybody fall down. The condo is generally child safety proofed. The ladder on the bunk bed can be taken off making the top bunk bed off limits and there is a safety gate to close off the kitchen (or any room for that matter)....

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s condo. It is very clean, well stocked with everything you need for the beach (chair, towel, toys, snorkeling equipment, etc) Kitchen is also well stocked with everything you need. Conveniently located, walking distance to beach and restaurants. The host - Michael is very nice and accommodating and he responded to all requests and questions Promptly. We really enjoy our stay.

We loved this condo for our family. It was central to the Kihei beaches and also the market and food. It had everything we needed including beach chairs etc. We would recommend to friends and also consider staying again!

Our family rented this unit for two weeks, and had a great experience. The check-in process was simple. The unit was neat and tidy, and served our needs perfectly. The pool was practically private, hardly anyone else was using it, and we used it every day. The complex is in close proximity to Charley Young Beach, as well as Kalama Park, which we walked to often. As well, the beach chairs, toys and umbrella were in good condition, and we used them daily. The complex was quiet day and night, although there is some traffic early in the morning from the garbage truck (we slept with the windows open).
Michael was quick to respond whenever we had a question.
We would definitely go back, and have no hesitation recommending this to others.

We stayed for our third visit at this property. The fact we have come back now three times shows how much we love it. The condo is the perfect size and location for our family. It is well stocked with and we love the good quality beach chairs and umbrella. The condo complex is quiet and the pool is perfect for our family. The owner Michael is very responsive and always very helpful!

We stayed for just over a week and it was close to everything! There wasn't anything we found missing that we needed. Condo is in great condition, kids loved the pool, and beds were comfortable. Used the beach toys and equipment too and all were in good condition. Would stay here again!

This property had just about everything that you needed for a small family to enjoy the time on Maui. Boogie boards and beginner surfboard was awesome to have, along with the towers and beach chairs. Michael was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very nice and had all the amenities that we needed. The pool area was also nice, including the BBQ’s which we used a few times. The laundry room is located just down the hallway and were easy to use. Would stay here again. Communication with the owner was excellent and he is very responsive.

My sisters and I stayed here for a week. We had a great time, the condo was very clean and in a great location. The beach was close by and easy to walk to, and we were able to use the beach accessories that were at the house. It was also close to shops and restaurants. The host was also easy to reach and quick to respond to our messages. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our time in Maui.

We really enjoyed this quiet condo complex. It had a nice pool and is centrally located in Kihei. You can walk to Charley Young Beach, Kalama park and to Kihei cafe.
