Our family of four (two adults, two teens) LOVED this property! Communication from the beginning was thorough, timely, and friendly. Our host went out of her way to accommodate our check-in, making our vacation smooth and easy right from the beginning.
We loved the location of the unit - literally steps from the pool and tennis courts! The pool was big and deep, which can be hard to find in Kona. The tennis courts were very well maintained and the resident professional provided lessons/drills and even found a couple of others for us to play with! A full grocery store and drug store are very close, along with several restaurants, shops (and shave ice!), which was super convenient for last-minute needed items or a meal out.
The unit was comfortable, and had everything we needed including ice chests, beach chairs, umbrellas, lots of pots and pans/dishes/glasswear, and even basic spices. There was extra dishwasher pods, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, so we didn't have to rush out and buy more right away.
The unit was very quiet - being on the end we didn't hear neighbors at all, just the chirping of birds and the crashing of waves from the beach just feet from the patio.
We hope to visit again soon!

Great facility. The pool was fantastic and the kids loved it. They enjoyed the tennis courts as well. The apartment itself was fine, however we didn't spend too much time inside.

Perfect find for a couple or family. We enjoyed the proximity to the snorkel bay, town, and shopping center. Friendly neighbors and visitors on property. Felt very welcome. Whale watching right outside our patio. Communicative property manager. Has everything needed for a memorable HI vacation! Would stay again.

My favorite part was the full stock of items (towels, body lotion, kitchen supplies, beach chair, cooler). Home was bigger than expected. A/C in bedrooms upstairs kept sleeping cool and comfortable. Complex is very nice, very safe. Easy check in. Amazing sunset at beach (literally steps away).

It had everything we needed and was well stocked with kitchen needs. Neighbors were nice and overall great visit. Highly recommend renting kayaks and paddling to captain cooks monument just a bit south.

Great place to spend a week on the big island without breaking the bank. No issues at all. We were able to walk to the beach. The sounds of the ocean made it extra nice. If I had to change one thing it would be the need for AC on the 1st floor.
