Nice place, great location, liked the pool and the parkade. Good value for Kauai. Balcony is a little small and gets warm with the afternoon sun so we preferred to sit by the pool. Quiet building. Had a slight difficulty figuring out where to get the parking pass, it is in the office near the front of the building, not the front of the parkade. A/C unit makes a lot of noise so we turned it off when we went to bed at night.

Our second time staying in PK336. It has everything that we need. Location is convenient for the south shore. Everything works, there is enough room for two. Enjoy your stay.

Condo was great. Everything was as described in the listing. Great place for one person. Kitchen was more that adequate and modern. Very clean. The ground were immaculate. Beach is across the street but easy to access.

This was a great little place and location during our week stay in Kauai. Able to use this as our home base to explore the whole island. AC was very nice to have. They provided a couple Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella which made our beach days much better.

Pros: very comfortable bed and view of the garden from the lanai was beautiful. Easy parking close by. Cons: only two bed pillows (2 more would be more comfortable). Bathroom fan not working; lighting over sink too much (removed middle bulb). Minimal storage; the armoire had only one drawer and its hanging area had cleaning supplies and other housekeeping supplies taking up space. We lived out of our suitcases. Other than in the bathroom there are no other wall hooks to hang anything. Brooms and mops leaning against the wall in bath area; storage under platform bed taken up by owner’s stuff. Need hand soap dispenser at kitchen sink. There was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels; no Kleenex. Kitchen supplies need beefing up (lack of microwaveable cookware with covers; missing saucepan lids). Too much furniture. Don’t need seating for 8 in the space. Lastly, the outside light fixture at top of 3rd floor stairway is not working; was reported. Not fixed and it’s a safety issue, especially when tile flooring is wet. I think we’ll spend a little more money next time and pass on this again.

Enjoyed easy access to Lawai Beach across street for snorkeling. Short drive to vegan restaurant with outdoor seating for lunch. Convenient to botanical gardens. Made 4 requests to see if we could check out a little later-no response. Otherwise communication was good. Not sure if description mentioned that it was a third floor walk up. That wasn’t a big deal for us but it could be for someone with stamina or mobility issues.

It is very infrequent that one ponders over such a listing that is the right mix of good location, creative living, enough amenities for a prolonged stay and a cozy place. We were lucky to stumble across this listing. The host was very communicative via vrbo and via email. They provided us with all the information before our arrival so that we could start enjoying the location as soon as we checked in.
Oh the creativity!....From bed to wardrobe, there is hardly anything that is not creative. It really makes a difference when you use such amenities everyday and get to observe new intricate details on the them everytime to use them. The walls have wooden layer on them. Makes you feel as if you are living in a wooden cabin! There as some tour books and diary on a bookshelf if you just want to enjoy a good read and learn more about the place. There are beach umbrellas and a floater in the balcony.
Since, its comparatively hot and humid and Hawaii, there is an AC provided. It is small but if you leave it on for an hour or two, it will be enough to cool the room. For those who want to post your pics as soon as you take them, wifi had ample bandwidth!
More importantly, the host generously stocked all toiletries – toilet paper, soap, all types towels (including beach towels). Also everything needed to cook a dinner, lunch or breakfast is available including utensils and plates to eat. You are requested to dump the garbage you may accumulate every day because if left unchecked, it may house pests given the tropical climate. It makes complete sense.
One thing that would have been useful was having shampoo and conditioner. We used to go to the beach every day and when we came back (after taking a mini shower on the beach to scrape off beach sand from our bodies), we wanted to have a proper bath. Bath soaps were available but having shampoo and conditioners would have helped to clean and moisturize our coarse hair. We got this from a the grocery market nearby. This is not an issue and probably I am just knit picking since there is nothing else to complain about!
About the premises, the front parking is limited but there is ample parking on the back parking structure and we found the latter to be much closer to the place. There is a swimming pool if you want to practice snorkeling before hitting the seas. Beach access is just across the street and the pool has a shower. There is also a place to wash feet at the back of the premises, when you enter
