At the south end of the property near the entrance is a detached separate 2nd story guest house consisting of 994 square feet of air-conditioned living area with 2 bedrooms plus a loft and 1 bath. On your return from the beach, shower off in the new outdoor lava rock hot & cold shower. The cottage may be rented separately or along with the main home. Location is very private & cozy. Exquisitely furnished and fully appointed. There are ocean views from the cottage. Here you experience the casual Hawaiian elegance that typifies the spirit of Kauai.

This home continues to meet our expectations, everything is as described, was clean and well-maintained, and accessing the property was seamless. Our children are now teens and the loft continues to allow them to spread out, making this home still the right size for our family of four. This place was amazing! Cute guest house with two bedrooms and a loft. Well stocked kitchen. Views from the property at every window were gorgeous!
Step onto the beach from the private yard. It is a small bay that seems only accessible by property owners along the few properties that line it. Very private and swim able. I loved waking up here every morning!
If you want a non-tourist, authentic island feel for your stay this is the place. The drive in off the highway is gorgeous and definitely gives you the “garden island” feel!

Great location oceanside. Moloa'a Bay was beautiful. Very few people on the beach at anytime. There was even a couple times we were the only ones there. We saw multiple sea turtles and some monk seals. Easy drive to both the North and East side of the island. Would stay there again.

Loved the location -- had the beautiful beach almost to ourselves. Cottage was comfortably and nicely furnished with everything you could need to fix meals and relax. If you want to be out of the crowds at Poipu in a beautiful setting, this is the place for you. Spent time in and around Kileaua since Hanalei is around 40 minutes away. Lumahuli Gardens is amust.

Location was perfect away from crowds but not far from Kapaa. Grounds were perfectly manicured. House was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need.The waves breaking and the sound of birds was so relaxing. The uncrowded beach was just a few steps away. I can’t think of anything negative about this property. We loved it and I hope to return one day.

We were married during our stay in Kauai and stayed at this location during our visit. The home was spacious and met our needs for a private place to celebrate our union. If you’re looking for a super bougie place with nearby conveniences, this is not the spot for you. The layout was perfect for the two of us and having easy access to a semi-secluded beach was a huge plus. The bed was super comfortable. The water pressure and heat was great in the shower. My favorite surprise was sitting on the deck and stargazing on a clear night. I’ve never seen as many stars as I did during my stay here.

There are about 15 homes on this beach and so you pretty much have a fairly private beach. There are lots of trees so easy to sit in shade and enjoy a book. We loved this small but very nice cottage just a few steps from a rare quiet beach on Kauai's beautiful North Shore. Never saw more than a couple of dozen people on the beach. The main bed is comfy and the extra Murphy bed, if needed, is decent enough. The house is airy if you open the windows and the AC is most welcome when it starts to get too stuffy. Management attended quickly to internet/TV problem. All in all we'd definitely go back next chance. Even reluctant to share our good impression!
