We stayed here for a week in October and absolutely loved the location. Close to the beach which was great for snorkeling, and turtle watching. It is also close to restaurants and shopping. Great place to stay in Poipu. The property was beautiful and fit our family of 9 perfectly. We really appreciated the beach chairs and coolers to use as people do not travel with those items, so being able to borrow during our stay was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again in the future. What a magical place!

Confusing since we started with VBRO. We’re then linto Rental Host (very confusing). Then figured out from the logo on the confirmation that we had to contact a 3rd group altogether!

When we actually interacted with the manager on site, it was fine. The 3 layers of rental “companies” we had to deal with including VBRO was very difficult.

Great experience. Location virtually across street from delightful “baby” beach, great dining on upstairs deck, pretty much everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Great spot right by the beach, close to food options. We loved the Poipu Beach Athletic club. The property has dishware for cooking but BYO supplies to cook (like salt/pepper etc).

You cannot find a better house in Poipu (or probably on Kauai). Fit 4 adults and 3 kids no problem. 200 yards from safe beaches, boogey boarding, snorkeling, turtles, seals, and in March dolphin and whales jumping in the distance. The management company could not have made everything easier. Activity room had boogey boards and snorkel gear, beach chairs and a cooler. Our kids had a blast with every visiting kid and local kid at the beach. Wonderful experience!

This was a great place to stay. The inside was clean and plenty of room for 10 people. Kauai is a beautiful place to take the whole family. Wonderful vacation and lots of memories made on this trip.

We had 12 family members together in this one property with plenty of elbow room for everyone! The location was a delightful surprise as the children could walk to the beach on their own, spreading their wings of independence. Sea turtles and monk seals, snorkeling just steps away. Truly a magical visit and we would come back in a heartbeat.

This was our second stay at this property, the first being in December 2019. They have completed all the flooring upgrades and the house is in great shape. Close to the beach with plenty of water toys and beach chairs to use.

The house was well clean and furnished, plenty of room for our group, close to beaches, and within short walking distance of a couple restaurants and bars. AC was a huge bonus and well worth it. Awesome overall!

Location was great for families. Brenneck and Poipu Beach was within 5 min of walking. House provided all beach activities and chairs for parents. We will definitely be coming back.

This is a spacious pleasant family property in a great location! We had 6 adults and 3 children ages ranging from 7 to 53. Having a master bedroom on each floor was nice for the 2 couples. There were two air beds we used instead of pulling out the sofa sleepers. We had plenty of space with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living/family rooms, and outside space to accommodate our group comfortably. It was convenient to have a washer dryer in the property, and we appreciated the activity room with beach chairs and sand toys. AC is a must with the humidity so we were happy to have it. One bedroom AC was not working upon our arrival but it was fixed the next day. WIFI accommodated our remote work needs and family entertainment. We enjoyed the athletic club pool almost everyday, in addition to the beautiful beaches that were practically across the street.
