Air conditioning in living room and bedroom. Condo has a queen bed, daybed and a sofa sleeper, and complimentary high speed internet + WIFI.
Property features beautifully manicured grounds, tennis courts, putting green, shuffle board, exercise room, sauna, Jacuzzi, large pool and Gas BBQ grills.

Good location, close to main area of Kihei. Property is big but seems to be a good mix of long term residents and vacationers. Unit was well equipped and easily accessible by elevator or stairs. Needs a bit more attention to cleaning/dusting, floors under things were pretty dusty and the roof around the fan is black. Just little things and attention to detail need to be addressed, outside of that, five stars.

Maui Sunset has been a favorite of ours for many vacations over the years. The location is close to goods and services, grocery stores and dining. The airport is 20 or 25 minutes away. Kitchens are equipped for cooking, and multiple gas grills are in the courtyard.

The condo was super comfortable, well stocked with towels, toiletries, all the needed utensils to prepare meals. The condo was clean and location amenities were awesome, nice big clean pool, tennis courts and located right on the shore. A beautiful place to watch the sunset on the ocean. Will definitely look to stay again if in Maui.

My friends and I stayed here for a few days and it was perfect for us! Great location right on the beach and walking distance to stores and shops! We even got food from the local grocery store and cooked a couple meals at the condo to save some money. Super easy since they had all the supplies we needed. Everyone we met was super friendly, helpful and welcoming! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We love Maui and have stayed many times at a variety of condos and this was by far the worst!!! Very dated. The bathrooms were awful. The bedding and the towels looked like they’d been bought at a garage sale. 409b needs a Lot of work to make it an acceptable vacation rental.
