The beautiful Milowai complex stands oceanfront, within walking access (0.5 mi about 9 minute walk) to Maui’s longest beach; approx- six miles of sugary sand to explore, swim, snorkel, boogieboard and even surf at times. Walk beautifully manicured grounds and bask in the aroma of the lush tropical greenery including red and pink ginger flowers, fragrant gardenia flowers, and feather palm trees. The view of the ocean, the constant sounds of the waves were amazing. The location is in between Kihei and Lahaina so that was convenient if we wanted to check out both sides of the island.

We enjoyed the time we spent at this condo. It’s a great midway point between the airport, the small town of Kehei and Lahaina. You will want a car rental at this location. We were disappointed that the pool was not very clean and it looked like debris had been blown into it perhaps from some roofing materials or something like that. Finally on the last day the maintenance crew got to work.

This condo is in a very central location. The highway is close so it’s very easy to travel north and south along the coast, and also inland. It’s very quiet, and we enjoyed having coffee out on the balcony every morning. The view is beautiful. We could see the sunrise after it passed over the complex and the ocean with the crashing waves was really serene. We watched turtles play from the lawn area. There’s no beach access but that probably added to the quiet peacefulness. We planned on walking over to the nearby restaurants and shops but they closed early so we never made it. We ate at The Mill twice- great food, service and scenery! There is not a ton nearby so a rental car is a must. The condo had a coffee maker and kuerig, and enough supplies to cook with. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided. The beds were comfortable. Each room had a portable air conditioning unit. We didn’t really need them on. It was a little warm in the living room/kitchen area when the balcony door was closed. The ceiling fans were sufficient on a warm August day. The showers had great water pressure, but we did have to stagger them to have enough hot water. Everything was very clean, but a little outdated. It is the perfect size for a small group- we had a party of 3. The maintenance man was very friendly and helpful. He kept the grounds very neat and clean. The pool is pretty standard- it’s not heated but refreshing and clean. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe and relaxed.

Thank you for a great stay. The property has everything required. Two spacious bedrooms. Nice underground parking. The washer and dryer are a plus. The grounds are diligently maintained.

Awesome dealing with Amy and the iGomaui team. The property is clean and nicely appointed. It literally has everything one could need for an easy stay. Convenient parking as well. Our stay was during the historic southern swell so a couple of days we were able to see pro surfers from our lanai conquer “ freight trains”.

The unit exceeded our expectations! Very clean, quiet and had all that we needed e.g. beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, washer/dryer. The unit was centrally located to most everything on the island, which made getting around to what we wanted to do very easy. Loved that the place was not located in a “busy” part of the island, which made relaxing at the end of the day very peaceful. And what can I say about the view other than breathtaking!! Have already recommended the unit to a friend coming in December.
