Location made walking to Front Street very doable. Quiet and low-key. Great view of sunsets with a small pool and clubhouse on shoreline, both literally across the street. A second pool and pickle ball out our back door.

The unit is very comfortable and the provided items for the beach/snorkeling were really appreciated. Great spot right next to one of the 3 pools. We highly recommend the quiet pool too that is on the waterfront. The property is beautiful with 2 giant mango trees. We were able to find a couple of the mangoes on the ground and they were amazing! You are close to the main area of Lahaina with lots of shopping and restaurants. Thank you!

Limited accessible electrical outlets, check-in was delayed due to cleaning not completed, plenty of toiletries and beach going items, new outdoor grill, good air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep cool inside, plenty of hot water for showers, cleanliness left something to be desired. There was a ton of dust on a glass decoration hanging above the bar, silverware was cheap and knives were not sharp, bedsheets and pillows were top quality. The property is located in a very nice complex with several outside pools and within walking distance to the ocean not necessary what we consider a beach though.

Old place, made with poor construction. No privacy. The photo looks like a private backyard, but it is communal. The beach was NOT close....long hot walk and it was was super rocky. We were visiting family staying in the same complex and all 8 of us cut our feet up on the rocks and sharp coral. We live on the big island and just wanted to go home the whole time. We have better beaches and a much nicer house. This place is way overpriced for the quality.

The resort is nice and the condo served our purpose mainly because the unit is pet friendly. However the resort requires documentation and only allows service animals. The condo is very dated, (ie old painted thin plywood cabinets, missing and old trim, cabinets in bathrooms need repair etc).These esthetic’s weren’t that troublesome, but the amenities were. All the dishes, drink ware and cookware were mix and match and looked like they picked them up at the thrift store. There were no actual glass drink glasses except for wine glasses and two thick beer mugs. They did have 2 nice coffee mugs. The pots and pans were gross. I’m not sure if they had caked on food and were scratched or just rusted and scratched. Don’t plan on doing any cooking. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and you sank in the middle. My suggestion would be to invest in new cookware and buy some cheap glasses at target and get a new bed. These are important things to supply in a condo. I rent condos and maybe my standards are really high, but there is no way I would rent a place in that condition.

This is the perfect little house for a vacation near (not exactly on) the beach, and far away from the big resorts. It’s located in quiet nook of a well-maintained gated community (year round residents live there). The unit itself is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the decor is tasteful, fun and Beach-y. It’s a 15 minute walk into Lahaina town. There are the usual quirks of living ocean-side and some minor signs of wear, but nothing insurmountable. Overall this is a thoroughly pleasant place to stay.

The Unit we stayed in is very well set up for a short or long term stay, parking is right outside the door, there is a badminton court and a pool right outside the back patio doors. It is a short walk to Clubhouse and Oceanside Pool, the waves splash right against the pool deck (awesome for pictures). The unit has been updated and is nicely appointed. There is lots of guest parking nearby if you have friends over to visit. It is a perfect setup for two people to stay for any amount of time.

Had a couple of issues with the property. #1 ceiling fan was inoperable after a few days, #2 shower head in the guest bathroom did not work. Reported both incidents and the repairs would take place on day of check out. Also when will you reimburse my cleaning deposit.
