The Mahana 505 at Kaanapali in beautiful West Maui. Our unit is located in the Molokai tower of the Mahana complex.
Fantastic ocean views immediately when you walk through the front door. Floor to ceiling windows offer you incredible views to spot whales, spinner dolphins, turtles, sail boats, surfers & snorkelers.
Just relax & take in the spectacular panoramic views of the ocean and islands while sitting in your air conditioned living room . The breathtaking Hawaiian sunsets will be a lasting memory. I love to sit out on the lanai and listen to the waves. Our nights are surreal on Maui, from the incredible sunsets to the beautiful starlit skies. Let the sound of the waves breaking against the shore lull you to sleep at night & wake up to the ocean calling you to go explore the beach or snorkel the warm Hawaiian waters.
We even supply snorkel gear, 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards and a cart. Many of our guests snorkel right from the beach outside of the complex. During your snorkeling experience, you may see the magnificent sea turtles, sting rays, octopus, squid & many kinds of bright tropical fish and colorful coral.
If your travels bring you to Maui from mid-December through April, you will be treated to the magical experience watching the migration of the incredible Humpback whales to the warm Maui waters. Watch these “gentle giant’s” frolic in the channel from your lanai or book a trip on a local whale watching boat where whale sightings are practically guaranteed during this time.
There is pickleball for 4 , tennis racquets and tennis balls for your use in our unit.
Our condo is located in beautiful West Maui along the Kaanapali coast. The Mahana complex is literally just a few yards from the water with direct and full ocean view and of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. It is a quiet, non-smoking complex with lush tropical gardens and grounds. It is privately tucked away at the end of Kaanapali Shores Place and attracts visitors who enjoy quiet oceanfront living close to the activities in Kaanapali, famous Black Rock for snorkeling or cliff jumping. There are a number of championship golf courses, wonderful restaurants & shops within a short walking distance.
Our unit has been remodeled and redecorated with gorgeous natural stone travertine floors throughout with the bathrooms wrapped floor to ceiling with stone. It is a spacious one bedroom with a King bed and a Queen Size sofa sleeper with fresh clean linens. It is furnished with all you’ll need including air conditioning, ceiling fans, to a completely equipped Chef’s kitchen features stainless steel kitchen appliances, Hawaiian Koa wood cabinets and granite counter tops. The bathrooms include walk-in showers and granite vanities. The lights all have dimmers to create a soft romantic ambiance when wanted. The TV is a smart TV with a sound bar with Bluetooth capabilities to pair your own devices and play music for playing your own personal favorite music from your own smart device.
You will have no highway noises, no parking fees, no check in fees, no nightly amenity fees, and no Wi-Fi fees. Packing is easy, as we provide our guests: iron, ironing board, hairdryers in the bathrooms, luxury towels and linens, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie ...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mahana 505. It was very clean and the view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful. Well stocked with essential items. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and loving the ocean view with the sounds of the ocean waves was a real treat. We liked having a kitchen for breakfast or lunch, glass of wine etc. Also we liked having the washer/dryer in the unit for convenience.The location was great, easy to walk for either coffee, restaurants or food stores. Parking was very convenient on the property . The boardwalk (right next to the condo) provides a scenic walk & view of the ocean and goes on for quite a distance. We ended walking on the beach more since it was so convenient to the condo. Bonnie and Karen, her on-island contact person were very responsive. Bonnie’s list of recommendations for eating and activities was very helpful. We would stay there again in the future and would recommend it to family and friends.

This unit did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in it has beautiful ocean views out of the huge windows and comfortable patio. Until had everything you could need and then some. Would highly recommend staying here!

This location, amenities, and experience were spectacular. Our family of four had an amazing stay. Bonnie was a phenomenal host. The condo was one of the most appointed vacation homes we’ve had the opportunity to stay in (spices, kitchen appliances, travel books, telescope for whale watching and exceptionally comfortable furniture). The proximity to the boardwalk, beach and pool were better than the many resorts south of the condo which made for a short elevator ride with the kiddos to all of the attractions just outside the front door. We will definitely be back to Maui and will plan to stay here without a doubt.

Beautiful condo with absolutely everything you could possibly need. This property is as close to the beach as you can get, providing so many amazing opportunities to watch whales splashing in the ocean, boats sailing by and gorgeous sunsets from the lanai. Communication with our host Bonnie was excellent. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an absolutely unforgettable stay in Maui. If we are lucky enough to return to this beautiful island, without any hesitation this condo would be our #1 choice!

Bonnie’s condo was immaculately appointed. She really thought of everything! A full spice cabinet, kitchen full of tools, beach accessories, etc.
Bonnie and her on island contact Karen were super helpful and responsive, and very kind! They made our check in process super easy and provided so much information on what to do, see and eat!
Very accessible location to the beach walk, which is great for a morning stroll or wanting to visit a calmer beach for playing in the sand and water.
But above all that - THE VIEW! You are literally on top of the beach!! It’s incredible. The sunsets are to die for and it CAN NOT be beat.

The views on the lanai are world class… having just stayed at the Four Seasons prior to staying here, I can honestly say that the view and proximity to the water here was infinitely better! Mahana 505 - is a great condo in Kaanapali with a stunning view of the ocean. The property was as clean, spacious and newly remodeled. We’re a family of 4 and we loved it. The beach walk is a must as it takes you all the way to Black Rock Beach and restaurants along the way.
Our kids loved watching the surfers from the balcony. Overall, great place. Highly recommend

Great communication leading up to, and during if needed, with owners. Easy check in process. Pictures don’t do this unit it’s true magnificence. You are really ocean front here and cant avoid the sounds of the waves.
Pictures show what things are like inside. You have ALL that you need to make this your home-away-from-home, kitchen supplies, blender, coffee filters, extra power creme so when you forget to buy yours, you’ll be covered! There’s a lot of alcohol that most of us can never finish, so we put it all above the fridge. To-go cups for coffee and cold drinks available, Cooking spices and seasonings are abundant as well!
Plenty of towels, soap, TP for your stay. Washer and dryer came in handy inside the unit as well.
Snorkel gear and other beach amenities available too.
Second bathroom shower was a bit small, but with 2 bathrooms in this unit it is not a big deal.
Bed was confortable with ample pillows.
If you don’t like the sound of waves then you’ll have to keep all the sliding doors shut while you sleep!
Beach access is easy and can walk the beach going south for a couple miles pretty easily, or if a paved path is more your liking, that’s available as well.
If you want true ocean front, a very nice place to stay, not really any kids running around, and a great stay, this unit is the one!

This was a fantastic property in a great location. The owner and host were very attentive, responsive and provided lots of good information and recommendations. The condo is clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and exceeded our expectations. The view from the furnished balcony is stunning. Within easy walking distance are restaurants, a nice oceanfront boardwalk and access to the beach.
We stayed there to celebrate a milestone anniversary and were very pleased with our experience. It’s a truly fantastic place for a couple to vacation.

Unit 505 is clearly an upgrade from the norm. Updated furnishings and decor. You need for nothing. The views are breathtaking and you’ll sleep like a baby. Hosts are very generous with their property. Zero complaints
