Beach chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards, cooler,, etc. You have your own private entrance, large lanai and, again, your own RESERVED parking space(Rare). Key Access to a large wonderful pool and jacuzzi with BBQ grills and poolside table and chairs.
Outside of ALL these amenities there is shopping at nearby Princeville, sidewalk into the charming village with a backdrop of trees, mountains and golf courses! The famous North Shore beaches are minutes away. Old Hanalei Town is just down the hill and across the one way bridge. There you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, surf boards, bikes , snorkel/fins, and lots of restaurants are there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Again, your RESERVED PARKING SPACE ( NO CHARGE ) at Sandpipper is: #212, #B. (20’ from your doorstep!) Stay out late and your space is reserved for you! It’s not by accident we stay fully occupied! We always have the “welcome” mat out!

This studio has just about all you would need for your stay. There was plenty of kitchen supplies to make an uncomplicated meal (can only use one appliance at a time to avoid blowing a fuse), snorkeling gear, and bathroom amenities. The outdoor area was where we spent most of our time. Neighborhood is beautiful. Only thing of note is that the sink to do dishes in takes a bit to drain, but if you have the patience it works totally fine! Thanks for the stay!

Loved the friendly atmosphere and so nice we could use the snorkeling gear. Short drive to Hanalei and wonderful beaches. We had a great time.

The host let us check in earlier, and she answered quickly to all our questions during the stay. She provided all the things needed for the beach, such as chairs, umbrella, fridge bag, surf boards, etc. Moreover she prepared books with a lot of useful information about hikes, beaches and restaurants. Overall it was an amazing stay, if we will ever be back to Kauai we will book again. Mahalo!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at West's studio in Princeville! We were on the island for a week, and this was the perfect spot for a couple. The studio was very clean and well stocked for a week at the beach. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, noodles, umbrella, and coolers West has for guests to use. The outdoor kitchen was also great and very well stocked for a VRBO (I've made many a vacation meal with far fewer utensils and cooking implements). The sink is inside, which you will read about on other reviews, but it's a very large kitchen sink, so doing dishes there was no issue.
West was also super communicative throughout our stay. He made check-in and check-out very easy, and he is next door if you run into any issues or have other questions during your stay. I would definitely recommend West's place to other couples looking to spend some time on the north shore!

The condo was in a wonderful location! It is very dated. It has lots of potential, but there needs to be some updating. It was clean and the check in and out process was very easy.

The accommodations were comfortable and adequate for the two of us. The small oven was a nice touch as well as the beach chairs and cooler. The pool and hot tub were beautifully maintained and secure in a wonderfully landscaped environment. Our stay of three days was adequate to see the north shore and eastern side of the island. There is no shortage of beaches, but parking in busier times (Christmas, spring break )would be challenging. Food trucks were great!!

Great place to stay to explore the north end of the island. Quiet neighborhood, reserved parking, and excellent location. West was friendly and helpful but certainly not intrusive. We were arriving very late and West coned off our reserved parking spot so we wouldn't have any trouble once we arrived. The beach bag, snorkels, chairs, and towels were very handy. The lanai was a wonderful spot to sit. AC worked great. Highly recommend!

Overall, the place was as expected. Would recommend staying here if you are planning on only staying here to sleep. The kitchenette works nice for easy meals like breakfast. The things that were provided were handy such as towels, beach essentials, etc. Everything was in driving distance. Cleaning could have been more detailed much of it felt surface cleaned. Overall it provided a safe place to sleep.
