Located in central Kihei, nestled on the northern end of beautiful Halama Street. Family-owned and operated legal short-term rental. There are two dwellings on this beach front property - an apartment building with four units and a detached 2 BR/1BA cottage. The apartment building (ocean front) and the cottage (mountain view) are rented our separately. This listing, #775190, is for the apartment building only. Outside gas grills, tables, and lounge chairs are available for all guests to enjoy on the grassy lawn area fronting the ocean. Less than a one-minute walk will take you to a large spacious green lawn with swaying coconut palm trees and to a seemingly private sandy beach. Swim with the turtles or choose from the many types of possible ocean activities. Ocean equipment is available at the numerous rental shops in town. Enjoy nearby parks, tennis, gymnasium, public pool, surfing lessons and much more. In the heart of Kihei near banks, stores, dining and many activities, but still very private! Once you are here, you will see why it’s called Al’s Paradise. Stairs are necessary to access the apartment building, cottage, backyard and beach area. For your convenience, the Owner resides on the property in a separate unit below the cottage. The two-story apartment building consists of Unit #1-4 as follows:

Unit #3: Second Floor, 2 BR 1 BA
Unit #4: Second Floor, 1 BR 1BA
* We only rent out Unit #1-#4 as a whole, and not separately. Units 3 & 4 units are connected by a locked door that guests can open during their stay (great if you want to watch over your kids or teenagers) or it can be locked completely to allow no access.
