PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Upon your arrival at the gated Residences at Napili Bay, you will be greeted with a convenient two-car garage complete with a washer and dryer. Parking in Napili is extremely limited, but not for you! You have space for two cars at all times (and even a 3rd in front of the garage if needed). The Residences at Napili Bay enjoy tropical breezes year-round due to its proximity to the world-famous Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay.
Napili Bay has been voted the top beach 13 years in a row by Conde Nast, and you will be just 100 steps away! Also, within walking distance are several outstanding restaurants open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Your townhome is a 3-story, 3-bedroom, and 2.5-bathroom unit with central A/C and wood floors. This island rental sleeps up to 9 comfortably, including a sleeper sofa (and/or a queen-size deluxe auto-inflate airbed). A beautiful, newly remodeled kitchen, dining area, family room, half bath, and spacious lanai with a deck take up the 1st floor of this peaceful unit.
The kitchen includes upgrades such as granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and stainless steel appliances. These include a blender, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, and electric kettle. Also, there is no need to buy drinking water, as a filtration system is included in the kitchen sink.
The dining table has room for eight and can easily be extended for more elbow room. The family room has lots of room to hang out and relax with your friends and family, maybe play a game of Scrabble, UNO, or cards, or learn to play the ukulele (a professional Ukulele is included for your enjoyment) or just watch a movie or your favorite Netflix or amazon shows on the large flat screen smart TV.
The lanai has been newly finished with a deck, a covered pergola, very comfortable lounge chairs and tables, and 2 sun lounges to perfect your Hawaiian tan. Enjoy grilling out on the stainless-steel Weber for some of your meals on the lanai deck. This welcoming deck catches morning sunlight and enjoys afternoon shade. On the second floor of our townhome in The Residences at Napili Bay, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The master bathroom has an all-glass enclosure steam shower with room for two, accompanied by 2 deluxe shower heads (rain head and height-adjusted shower head), and a separate deep soaking tub. With the push of a button, you get instant steam with temperature and time controls at your fingertips. The guest bath has a spacious walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled and feel very inviting and modern. A flat-screen smart TV is included in all three bedrooms for your enjoyment. The master suite has a California King bed with 2 spacious closets, and the two guest rooms have a king bed, a queen bed, and large closets. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, cellular blinds, and blackout curtains to keep out unwanted morning sunlight.

Napili bay was awesome! So close and convenient. The house was great. Had everything we needed. So clean!! Loved having a washer and dryer. Also there was a hose in the front and back so we could rinse off the sand before going in the house. The patio was awesome

Great place to stay! Has all the amenities and things you find yourself needing for a day at the beach. Easy walk to the beach and close to a couple yummy breakfast spots!

We arrived on Maui the day before the tragic Lahaina wildfires started. On our first morning, we awoke to no power. I contacted the property manager to ask for help opening the garage door, and he sent someone over right away. He also checked in again a few hours later to see if we needed anything. We lost all cell and internet service that afternoon so we weren't able to communicate after that, but his quick assistance on Tuesday morning made a world of difference.
The townhouse was equipped with two emergency LED lanterns and two small flashlights. Those are not things I would usually look for in a vacation rental, but they made such a huge improvement in our otherwise difficult situation. We were immensely grateful for them.
The townhouse was clean and nicely furnished. We were able to cook some meals on the grill, and there was a french press so we were able to make coffee as well (boiled water on the side burner of the grill). We spent a few days at the beach, so the beach chairs, wagons, toys and snorkel gear were appreciated.
Overall, we feel grateful we were safe and had the amenities we did (shelter, running water, food, grill, lanterns, etc). When vacationers begin returning to West Maui, this would be an excellent spot. The townhouse is very nice, it's in an excellent location (Napili Bay is amazing!), and the property manager was top notch.

We felt so lucky to have found this gem. The location was incredible, a few steps from a pristine beach (Napili Beach). While others struggled to find parking to go to this beach, it was on the doorstep of this townhouse. The property was fully equipped with everything you could need for a day at the beach, including beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers, two wagons and sand toys. This was all a delight to find. We snorkeled at Kapalua Bay Beach (a short walk from the townhouse) and saw tons of beautiful fish and even a few turtles. The Kapalua Coastal Trail was a short walk away as well as "Dragons Teeth", so there was much to see and do pretty much right outside the door. The Seahouse Restaurant was also a short walk and it had wonderful daily happy hours (overlooking Napili Beach). The garage included a second fridge which we used for drinks and to store overflow groceries from a big Costco grocery shop. The kitchen was fully equipped with many kitchen essentials like olive oil, sugar and spices and ziplock bags/foil and plastic wrap. The townhouse was clean and updated. We enjoyed sitting outside in the private patio a few evenings. There were also a selection of board games which our kids enjoyed. There was a full size washer and dryer in the private two car garage which was a huge asset. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful apartment, especially if you are a family traveling with children as I really don’t think you could beat its amenities.

This was the perfect spot for our Maui vacation with three kids (ages 10, 13, 16). We don't like the bustle and crowds of Kaanapali, and we much prefer the relative tranquility of Napili. From this beautifully appointed condo, we had multiple beach options within walking distance -- snorkeling in Honokeana Bay and Kapalua Bay, swimming and sunbathing in Napili Bay, boogie boarding in Oneloa Beach (driving is actually easier for that one, and there are spots available in the small parking lot if you arrive before 9:00/9:30).
Property manager Kevin was wonderful to work with, both by email, answering my questions before our stay, and then by text while we were there for the couple of small things that came up.
