the condo property is beautiful. We enjoyed the two pools and the hot tubs, shuffleboard, and putt putt golf. We sat in loungers by the sea wall and watched the whales in the water. Check in was flawless. The Resort offered free water aerobics on certain days and also a lei making class.
We did enjoy the location.

We have been traveling to the US and Hawaii was the last of the 50 states for us. This is a magical island and a great property to stay. We didn’t mind paying the extra $17 a day resort fee. Papakea was located very close to all of the activities we did…snorkeling, luau, food trucks, whale watching. Wow.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The Papakea grounds are nice and the amenities are fun- we enjoyed the pools, tennis courts, and games. We will definitely be back.
However, this was our second time staying in this unit and the last time, in 2021, we had everything we needed- beach bags, boogie boards, an umbrella, plenty of beach towels, etc. We were disappointed to not find all of those things this stay. The washer and dryer were great to have in the unit but they could use repair or be replaced.

Unit was not the cleanest. Kitchen was stocked MINIMALLY. Just enough to cook/do dishes and nothing else. Knife set were all chipped and dented, unsafe. No cutting boards. No spare coffee filters even. Just salt and pepper on hand. No pizza tray either. Could use an upgrade. Dryer in unit produces no heat. Washer/dryer quite old. Would NOT sleep more than 2 adults. Unit did the job though. Papakea nice resort. Unit just needs upgraded badly.

This is a nice place to stay in Maui. Smaller resort, but not crowded or too busy. Very relaxing. Ocean view was better than picture. This unit has not been updated, but was clean and comfortable. The appliances were older, especially the washer and dryer. They worked, but with some effort, and need replaced soon. Communication was good with the owners who were responsive to our concerns.

We do not have enough nice things to say about iTrip and Napili Shores. This place was top-tier service, accommodations, and scenery. My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon and this place blew us away. We enjoyed an oceanfront view for our days in an open-air, gorgeous unit. Everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. We could not recommend this place enough!

We loved our stay. The unit was exactly as described, though I found the view even better than the photos. It was great having a dishwasher and laundry. The resort has a lot to offer as well. We rented snorkel gear and beach chairs for the week, took advantage of the pool and putting green and were out on the lawn for sunsets every night. We would definitely recommend this property!

Our car rental check in was messy and frustrating, so checking in here was a huge breath of fresh air. Check in and check out was a breeze. The amenities are awesome and the staff is so kind. Definitely recommend this place!

My teen and I stayed at this location for a week in Maui, and we loved it. The resort is lovely and peaceful. The views are great. The room had all we needed (and more) and was a good, comfortable space. It was easy to get around from this location with a rental. We definitely recommend this spot and would love to return!
