While the Historic Clubhouse and 94 townhomes on the north side of the property were destroyed in the Lahaina fire, their rebuilding plans are underway. Access in this area is currently restricted. However, you will still be able to enjoy the tropical oasis of low-rise homes that Puamana is famous for. Plus, two grocery stores in Lahaina and their shopping complexes, Safeway and Foodland Farms, survived the fire and are just a 10-minute drive away. Maui's best Hula show, the Old Lahaina Lua, also survived, along with four excellent restaurants: Ocean Tavern, Mala’s, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle.
