The property is very nice. The ocean view was gorgeous 24/7. Listening to the soft crashing waves was relaxing every morning and evening while beginning and ending each day.

Great location to sit on your lanai and watch the world go by or to spend your time at the sandy beach next door. Binoculars recommended for close up views of the whales activities. Snorkeling always included turtles! Rentals of all water sport gear available on site. Or take a dip in the pools when u just need to cool off as this unit is located very nearby. We cooked in most evenings as we enjoyed supper on the lanai watching the sun set and breaching whales. Management was very responsive to our requests for a few more kitchen bowls, etc. The only drawback of this rental … there were no foldable lawn chairs, boogie boards, noodles or coolers ON SITE for immediate use on the many beaches we visited in the area. These are very basic beach accessories usually included with a Maui condo rental which in our opinion shouldn’t have to be booked on another app!

This is a nice property but because it was a VRBO we didn’t get any care from the property staff itself, Like clean beach towels, maid service or fresh bath towels. We were required to pay an additional 80$ at check in and when I asked if we had maid service they said to contact our property company. So what’s the extra 80$ for? It’s a little bit of a walk to get to the beach but with the beach access closed it was a hike.

This unit had everything we could ask for and more. The patio with the view of the ocean was the highlight for us. We spent many hours on the patio enjoying the view and listening to the surf against the shore.

We loved staying here in I269. The unit is situated on 2nd floor and the view is worth more than the nightly rate!! We never closed the patio door and heard waves crashing on the rocks 24/7. We could see whales breaching in the distance

This is a good studio unit with a full kitchen and access to BBQ grills. Could use a water filter, as the water does not taste good at all. Could use some USB outlets. Advertised by the managing company to have an Alexa device, but there wasn’t one. Though that was not on the VRBO listing. Beach chairs provided did not function properly. The management company was very responsive to a couple of other requests. I’d stay here again.

Walking in to the unit, the view takes your breath away. Just what I wanted. Sitting on the balcony looking out at the water, watching the whales (there were many), eating dinner, sunsets, and the moon over the water, and all fairly private on the second floor. The unit itself could use some freshening up. The linens need to be upgraded, but we slept very well (comfortable mattress). The resort pools were nice, and walk to the beach was just on the otherside of the pool, so close, although the path to the beach could use some sprucing up. Overall, happy with this rental.

Nice property. Amazing view. Good pool. Wished the Tiki restaurant served drinks or wine and beer. Our condo was the only one on the property without AC? Convenient location. Nice beach. No living room just bed and bathroom but the view made up for the small space.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The view is breathtaking. The room is a little outdated (we had to call someone to fix the fridge) but that was fixed quickly and so it didn’t bother us. It’s a simple cottage-like room and we loved the easy access to the beach, pools and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Great location and comfortable bed. But condo definitely needs some work- outdated furniture and it needs a deep clean. Fridge was noisy one night while sleeping and needed a whack. Kitchen sink was also repeatedly clogged.
