This is a spacious one bedroom fully furnished with incredible views plus a balcony that wraps around two sides of this condo, just breathtaking. This is on the beach and next to restaurants and shopping. Had an amazing time.

Love the Whaler - this condo, however, could use some serious love. The carpet is so dirty it was sticky to walk on, the blinds are so old they are almost disintegrating and the couch smelled like body odor. The corner unit was nice to be able to see both ocean and mountain side, but the industrial sized AC unit on the building across the courtyard runs all night and is quite loud.
I never write reviews and hate to write a bad one, but I really wish somebody had been honest enough to write this before I booked this unit.
Again, LOVE the Whaler, fantastic staff and location!!!

Absolutely perfect location! Walking distance to so much and most right outside! Corner condo on the back side so a beautiful view of the mountains on one side and a partial view of the ocean in the other. Nice size and room to move around. Only thing that could have been better was the bed and pillows need to be updated.

The location, views, grounds, beach, and staff were great. We understand paying top dollar for the time of season we were there was a bit expensive for a unit that needed some tender loving care.

The property met all our expectations. Our flight was delayed but front desk is open 24 hrs so midnight check in was no problem. The location can’t be beat. The condo was clean and well equipped. Will definitely go again.

We stayed at the whaler 624 for a week in aug 2022. We had an amazing time. Check in and check out went smooth and the unit was just what we needed. It was in a prime location with a nice pool and was walking distance to the beach and to whalers village. The unit was also spotless and came
with amazing amenities: washer/ dryer/dishwasher/ air conditioning- the beach chairs and towels were a huge plus as well! We stayed with 2 kids that slept on the pull out couch. The room also had black out curtains which was greatly appreciated. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! Missing Maui already! Mahalo!

The location of whaler is amazing . Next door to restaurants outdoor mall and beautiful beach. 5 minute drive to grocery store . The condo is clean and has everything you need . Can use some updating like new carpeting and drapery but for a vacation spot it was great

Perfect location in Maui! We loved that we we were on the beach and a short walk to shopping and restaurants too. The condo had every amenity possible and was very clean. Previous reviews said that snorkels were available in the room, but we didn’t find any (not a big deal- we ended up purchasing them from the local ABC store), but my son loved that boogie boards were in the room for use.
We loved waking up and enjoying coffee on the balcony before going to the beach for swimming. If you are headed to Maui soon, it would be best to make reservations at restaurants prior to arrival, otherwise you may not be able to get a table at dinner or lunch time without a significant wait. Luau’s and dinner cruises were also booked (we didn’t plan ahead as our kids didn’t really know what they wanted to do prior and they were fine with not being able to do things that we couldn’t get last minute reservations for).

As first time visitors to Maui, our condo was nothing short of ideal for our family of 4. Located on what we found to be one of the nicest beaches on the island, it was the perfect combination of keeping us relaxed, yet entertained with beautiful sunset views off of the wrap around balcony, and right next to lots of local shops and eateries for a quick bite. Definitely would consider this condo at the Whaler again for our next stay!
