The place needs a major update and need to replace cooking pans, but other than that, location and the views are unbeatable.

The property is in a great location with amazing views. The property does need some upkeep. It should be noted that this unit does not have A/C.

Nice roomy condo for four adults. No complaints about furnishings etc. Great view straight west to Bali Haii from living room and lanai, and an equally amazing view north from the big windows in the dining room and kitchen. Best place ever to work at the kitchen sink—looking over the coral and surf. Excellent view of the surfers, just below. If you can manage, take the steep trail right next to the condo complex to Hideaways Beach. It’s a fabulous spot to swim, snorkel, and enjoy a unique place. We enjoyed the pool daily. It is a great spot to be in mid to late afternoon when the pm sun warms up the condo. The pool is recently and beautifully redone with ample chairs and umbrellas all around. We did encounter some maintenance issues in the condo, which were at least partially due to the fact that we were the first guests in 6+ months (Covid). FYI, and this is no fault of condo owner or mgr, our T-Mobile iPhones did not have reception inside. We barely got a connection in the parking lot. Since the internet was out for our 4 day stay, we had a real off-the-grid experience.
