Location is excellent. You can sit and watch the water (and people) from your lanai, and the there is a door straight to the beach from the complex with a shower.
The apartment is a little tired but it was functional and fit our needs, and was very clean with plenty of towels.
We would definitely stay here again. It’s not fancy, but the location really does overcome it, and it’s very fairly priced.
The bed was bigger than a standard king and very comfy.
The sofa bed was a typical sofa bed and one of the kids (10&14 boys) would alternate sleep on the floor (we packed a sleep roll) as they would roll together and fight.
Only a few seconds to the pier get a great view of the Friday night fireworks at 745.
The pier was also great for turtle viewing as a few feed there in morning and afternoons.
We took an Uber to Foodland to stock up for the week as local grocery/ ABC store was really expensive and limited.

Great location, nice views of the water easy access and walking distance to lots of shops. The steak shack below has great food. I would recommend this condo to anyone

写真で見た感じより部屋から海がバッチリ見え、波の音も聞こえました。ただ、カーテンがレールではなく滑りが悪いので上手く開かなくてカーテンを全開にできる感じではなかったので、せっかくのオーシャンビューが少し残念な感じでした。あと、敷いてあったシーツに砂がいっぱい付いていて気持ち悪かったです。(洗濯機付きだったのですぐ洗濯できましたが)他のコンドミニアムより割高ですが、ワイキキ中心部にありオーシャンビュー、洗濯機付きという点から言うとまた利用したいと思うお部屋でした。

The rental was 1 condo behind another on the 2nd level. It had a great lanai to people watch, observe some awesome sunsets, and in my case watch the rain. The condo only had a couch to sit on in the living area with an attached kitchen/table & chairs. The TV was small and awkward to watch from just couch. It would have been nice to have another chair in the living area. The bedroom had a king bed in it which seemed too big for the room. The mattress was soft but adequate. The place could use a remodel but is all functional without any perks. The a/c was nice and cool which was important to me! No dishwasher. The chair with padding on the lanai needs to be cleaned or thrown out. Rington was very nice.

What a great location. We were just a short distance from the beach with a deck facing west for stunning sunset views. The condo was well equipped if you wanted to cook rather than dine out. We had internet and cable TV. The support staff was great and made quick work of a minor issue with the shower head. I would rent this unit again.

As always We we’re very happy to finally return home everything the same except could tell now since we haven’t t been for 3 years that mattress still hasn’t been replaced and now not a comfortable place to sleep. Glad to see awning gone much brighter and cleaner. Thank you to Rita and staff they are always so helpful in anything we need or questions. It was a great stay awesome weather and could not imagine not having this home to come to.

I love this location and have stayed in this condo before. I’d recommend to friends and family but I’d be sure to show pictures and give realistic expectations. Furniture is a little tired and pull out in living room is flimsy and squeaky. Mostly very clean, but there is a little mold in the bathroom. That being said, all are things my family can handle and we’d stay again!

This is a great location if you’re looking to stay in Waikiki. Walking distance to the beach, but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of all the shops/restaurants/foot traffic. Also nice to have unlimited access to the stackable washer and dryer conveniently in the unit. Appliances/TV/furniture/bathroom are alittle dated, but not the end of the world. The listing advertises as having no parking, but we were able to talk with the property manager and they did have an open parking stall that we were able to use for $39 a night, but that isn’t guaranteed. All in all we had a great stay.

Very friendly staff. We had the possibility to bring our luggage 2 hours earlier into the apartment. The apartment itself is good. Some of the furnitures are outdated and should be replaced or even rapaired. Some spoons for the coffee would be nice too. The balcony was huge and the sight is beautiful. Unfortunately the floor of the balcony is covered in pigeon-****. Anyway - I would book it again.

The view from the lanai is incredible and we watched the sun set every night! The property is as pictured and very comfortable with everything you need. We had a few minor issues with the drier, toaster and shower doors and sent that info to management, but nothing that would deter from a wonderful stay. Our only complaint was regarding the two tiny beach chairs provided. They are way too small and uncomfortable, requiring one to sit down very low almost right on the sand. Although this is an extra, it would be nice to have better chairs. Bottom line, you will love this unit.

Location great for those into the hustle of Waikiki and right at the beach. The pictured lanai had a usable table and chairs but other furniture outdoors was filthy. Couchbed indoors needs to be replaced. Building is secure and quiet given the location.
