For stays greater than 7 days supplies of laundry detergent, dishwasher soap and toilet paper needs to be increased. Other than that our 12 day stay was great. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Chose this spot knowing it wasn’t on the water bc I thought it looked a bit private. The proximity to the pool was too close. Sounded like an entire kindergarten class was having screaming practice at the pool each night. After eating out every meal we thought we would take advantage of the units bbq. We purchased a bunch of food to grill only to find out the propane tank was empty so that was a waist. We did find the location to be a good central jumping off point to explore the rest of the island.

The Palms 1501 property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful vistas from the lanai and throughout the condo. Everything you could need for a day at the beach is available to use as well. Close to several beautiful beaches and the shops at Wailea.

We enjoyed our vacation and our stay at The Palms #1501. The location was perfect. We spent many hours sitting on the lanai and enjoyed listening to the variety of birds and watched many sunsets. We would love to stay again.
