Although there is NO POOL at this location, you do have the beautiful beach at your doorstep! Located in the newly revitalized area of Waikiki, you'll enjoy nearby dining, shopping and entertainment, including an on-site surf shop, gift shop, Tropical Tribe acai bowls, and island-style Steak Shack, with a Starbucks just next door!

CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to fines of up to $700 per infraction, plus actual repair/replacement costs due to smoke/fire damage.

Second visit to this exact condo. Great location and everything we needed for a safe and wonderful trip. Washer/Dryers are what allows me to pack half as much, so I have more room for souvenirs!

This is a better bang for your buck than the hotel behind it - room was a great size for one person and had all the extras to make you feel like it’s your own condo. I was here for a week on business and the views from the room are incredible no matter the time of day. If you need parking, would recommend the garage under the building vs the parking lot across the street.

Walking distance to practically everything! Very clean and extremely well stocked kitchen. Elevator was frustratingly slow at times. Having a garage space below was very handy to get to the car versus the parking lot across the street, especially since it rained a lot while we were there. Good value overall.

Property is better than photos, you won't be disappointed here.
Location is fantastic, very close to the heart of waikiki without being caught up with too many people on the street.
Beach is literally at the stairwell when exiting the rear of the building and it was relatively quiet compared to all other parts of Waikiki beaches which was nice
View is spectacular, getting to see mountain, part of the city and a great view of the park and beaches. Not sure you could get any better view.
Condo was soundproof and well furnished with everything you need for kitchen utensils too

We were lucky to get this condo at last minute and loved the porch sunset view. Location was perfect for us and getting out into the surf daily. Being up on 10th floor provided nice buffer from the people and activities below. The staff was excellent, and we would return in a heartbeat. Kudos to the property manager with whom we had a memorable conversation about the Aloha spirit of Hawaii. Mahalo.

Loved this condo. Since it's next door to the army museum and park, there are unobstructed views facing west from this 10th floor unit. You get ocean, city and mountain views. Also perfect view location for the Friday night fireworks.
Well equipped kitchen (dishes, cookware, utensils) for cooking breakfast most mornings. While the building doesn't have a pool, the beach was just out the the ground floor. People have left Tommy Bahama chairs in the closet so the was nice to take to the beach with us. Someone left a review to close the curtains if you're gone in the afternoon to reduce the heat. Good recommendation. We rented a car only for one day. The host Paul was helpful in arranging one night's parking in the garage.
We would definitely stay here again.

Check in and check out was a breeze. Paul the property manager was great. The condo was clean with amazing views. It was awesome watching the Friday night fireworks show from our lanai rather than jammed up in the crowd below on the beachwalk. It would of been nice to get a parking pass for the week but they were out of them. Public parking across the street at Fort Derussy was convenient but pricey. If you're there for more than 3 days, its cheaper to buy a monthly parking pass with unlimited in/outs.

It was very good stay at this condo! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Nice beach view with all amenities. Very close by shopping and restaurants. Overall a good stay. Only inconvenience is we need to wait until the property manager comes to the site to check you in. We had small children who was impatient to wait for almost an hour in the parking lot until someone can come and walk you into the condo. They should have a better system where we don’t have to wait for long. Other than that it was good stay!
