great property close walking distance to the best body boarding section of Waikiki. Super clean, organized and easy to park, etc. host was super responsive. Enjoyed thoroughly!

Great stay! The condo had ample room for our family if 4. The suite had everything we needed to be comfortable plus some bonus items to take with us to the beach. We were pleasently surprised to find a cooler bag and ice packs so we could pack picnics and drinks for our adventures around the island. We will be booking again!

Check in process was so easy. Byron is the kindest. Parking spot a huge plus! The unit is a fine place to sleep. It does have the lingering smell of years of smoking. Lanai had so much bird droppings, we did not sit outside and the view although nice to see water, you’re looking on the back side of an apartment building that is very unpleasant to look at.
The unit is very dated, but we were out the door each day to enjoy the beautiful island. And just 2 short blocks to Waikiki beach is always a bonus. Thank you again, Byron for great communication and kindness.

We enjoyed staying here. About a 3-4 block walk to beach. Had some issues with condo not being ready. Also had issues with door lock. These issues were addressed fairly promptly. Was very unhappy with pullout loveseat. Extremely uncomfortable. Needs a bigger couch with a more comfortable bed. TV instructions would be very helpful. Never did figure it out.
Air conditioner will not work if lanai door is left open.
A huge plus for this condo is the FREE parking! Huge deal.

The condo was as advertised and was better than anticipated. The balcony allowed a partial view of the acean as well as diamond point. The only negative we experienced was that out of four elevators, only two were used most of the time. This resulted in waits as long 20 twenty minutes, and was somewhat disappointing.

As described, but "dated". Unit was clean and functional. A dishwasher would have been nice. Elevators were very slow and overcrowded. One was was out of service during our entire stay with a second one not functioning on the last few days. Having to wait occasionally for over 10 minutes was very frustrating

It's Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. In the Apartment is everything you need and the building is nice!

The apartment was fine for our short stay. Parking was good and it was within walking distance of all the shops along the water front. As it is located on the 10th floor of a 34 storey building, getting up and down was a bit challenging when two if the four elevators was out of service. A kettle would have been nice.

The unit itself was fine but the property in general needs a lot of work
Elevators not functioning properly ….no hot water the first day …..power outages the second week of stay …. Fire alarms 1:30 am with full evacuation ….. side walk torn up out front
Like I said the unit was a an 9 but the property was a 3 …average 5
