Welcome to Tutu’s House! Step into 25B and be transported back to the days as a child visiting your favorite Auntie or Tutu’s (grandma) home. Furnishings are new versions of classic Hawaiiana with bamboo chairs and bar stools and even a fun Queen Size Wall Bed that folds down in the living room. Fall asleep watching the Smart TV while sitting in Uncle’s favorite leather chair.
Kitchen is original, find all you will need to create meals at home here including appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils and pot and pans.

Wailea Ekahi no longer allows private grills but they offer a beautiful gas grilling area at the community Pavilion and smaller grill stations throughout the property.
Bedrooms and laundry are located upstairs. Beds and bedding have all been updated as well as the towels for guest use. Large primary bedroom features high vaulted ceiling, King bed, TV, en suite bathroom and private lanai. Find 2 twin beds in the guest room, perfect for the kiddos. Or request the twins pushed together with a conversion kit into a comfy king bed. Guest room also has a full-size bathroom. Both rooms, upstairs feature central air conditioning. There is an additional powder room downstairs.
Located in the heart of Wailea, this complex offers 4 different pools to enjoy, including a large beachfront pool and pavilion! You also have direct beach access onto Keawakapu Beach, a beautiful beach that is perfect for beach walks and family beach days! Head to the left to access the world famous Wailea Beach Path, or head to the right for sunset cocktails at the nearby restaurants! It doesn't get much better than this!
New Fitness Center. The facility is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Located just inside the Beach Pavilion, there are 3 pieces of cardio equipment, dumbbells ranging from 1-50 lbs, and a few other accessories that provide a full body workout. You must be 18 or over, sign a waiver of release, and no swim attire is permitted. Close-toed athletic shoes are required and ask that users dress appropriately.

We had a great holiday on Maui, but this unit is old and run down. Very dark and right on the main drag so there is a lot of traffic noise. The Ekahi Development itself is quite nice. Great landscaping. Really good for families with young kids. But not good for couples. The main pool and pavillion and beach are packed. As long as the price stays reasonable for this unit, Wailea is a nice upscale area.

25b property is very dumpy. Not maintained with many items in disrepair. Feels like a old motel that has been maintained by a handyman for 30 years. I found the unit to be unsafe for children with no updates like gfci receptacles in kitchen and bathroom, loose tiles on window sills, oversized glass tops for furniture, and many others. Our 9 and 10 year old daughters were grossed out by the mold stain bathroom and had to be convinced to use the tub. The shower in the master bedroom has instructions about leaking and has a curtain against the back windows. This unit should not be rented out to vacationers and was deeply overpriced. To top it all off the unit immediately next door sharing a wall had construction going on and a demo hammer was being used. It was intense. The property managers let us out of the vacation rental but not without charging us $395 in fees. We found a unit in Kaanapali last minute has cbip could not accommodate us in a unit that met the basic requirements for our family of 6. The new unit was 10x better at the same price.

Beautiful location with great ocean front pool. 25b is an amazing 2 story that can sleep atleast 8 and is close to everything.

Overall a nice rental but all Audio Visual Equipment was either old and barely functional or non functional, including DVD machine. T V was difficult to get on and watch… remotes not working,
Given the price I paid everything should have been new and in perfect working condition
