For us the parking, location and full sized refrigerator with freezer were the highlights! We had a plumbing problem that was immediately remedied which was greatly appreciated. Overall, a good spot to land in Waikiki area. Renovation, updated furniture and cosmetic repairs would be recommended. Thank you!

The unit looks way nicer in the photos so keep that in mind. Still a great stay just a little run down. The a/c works but does not circulate in the room so the room is still warm. In a very noisy location downtown so you can hear all the sirens and outside noise all night. those two are really my only complaints. Great location downtown. Walk to everything. Has everything listed in description. Good pool. Small parking spot/garage so keep that in mind. I’d stay here again for the price.

This place was so conveniently in the heart of Waikiki! I come to visit my family every time but this time I brought my friend who has never been to the island! This was a great place for the two of us and perfect for my friend because the location was right in the city! The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Room was exactly as described and comfortable. Unfortunately, someone smashed the windshield of our rental car in the parking lot overnight. Owner was apologetic, but building management showed no interest in vandalism occurring in their lot even though it was secured and had video cameras.

Cozy and well stocked corner unit was ideal for my stay; the unit is “dated” but is well stocked with bath essentials and kitchen supplies and cooking essentials
including small appliances. The full size refrigerator is a plus.
The corner orientation is nice although street noise was annoying. Interestingly, after midnight, the street noise was considerably diminished.
The free parking space was great; getting in an out can be tight for a larger vehicle.
I felt safe and secure accessing the elevators and while in my room.
Property manager James was friendly, very accessible and helpful.

It was nice place even though it is older and looked a bit different from photos. Bed comfy and little kitchen was good. We didn’t use it but had we needed to use ,it seemed well equipped . Shower didn’t drain well, but not a big problem .

A great find with parking included in Waikiki. This is a cute place- clean with all you need in the kitchenette for cooking in, extra linens, sitting room. Walking distance to the whole Waikiki downtown and beach. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend!!

We had a pleasant stay at the condo! It was exactly what we needed as a couple without children! High enough to not be too noisy, and we were able to park our Mazda cx-90 in the spot with little trouble! We WILL stay here next time we come! If you do not you’ll miss out!
