**The Vista Waikoloa Association has scheduled a re-tiling project on the lanai of all Vista units. Work has begun and during certain phases of the project, construction noise may be audible.

It is estimated to take approximately 3 weeks for each building to be completed, however, timelines listed below may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We have stayed at the Vista Waikoloa many times. Love the location, lap pool and quiet grounds. Very tropical surroundings. The lanai is spectacular and the view of the rising sun over the golf course is breathtaking. Condo was exactly as described. Will definitely plan to stay again . Mahalo !!

It was close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, markets. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils and supplies we needed. Great view of the golf course. We would definitely stay here again!

geographically the property is well situated.the condo is modern ,clean and well maintained.the only drawback is that the master bedroom has no window shades to block both night time light from across the street(Hilton parking lot) and sunrise.the window treatment is only a light filter shade.
