We have enjoyed staying at this lovely resort for over 40 years. The location is second to none and the resort, the beach and the tranquility all make this a wonderful holiday. While the majority of the units have been updated over the years we were surprised that the unit we stayed in and have stayed in several times has not and much of the finishing, cabinets and furniture are quite worn. We were amazed how well the property looked in such a short time after the terrible flash flood. Kudos to management and the owners.

Centrally located to many fun things in Maui, and in perfect locale to just soak it all in. Kitchen is well stocked, but could use some updating. The place is very clean, but a remodeling refresher is probably in order. The waves can be heard through out the condo, and only adds to the serenity. Awesome and very responsive management. Overall a very good value

This unit was exactly as described, perfectly situated off the beach. The only downfall is that the unit is not updated at all and very well used, but everything was clean, it worked and it was perfect for what we needed.

D1 is the perfect condo. However, the bathrooms and kitchen are very much in need of a massive remodel . Malea and Ryan run the property exceptionally well and could not be friendlier or more helpful. They are awesome. I love the Ma’alaea Surf.
