Effective September 11th, 2024, through October 16th, 2024, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. There will be additional noise from surrounding work on Building B through September 13, 2024 Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Papakea B205 is a one-bedroom condo that sleeps four guests. This condo offers a fully remodeled kitchen, featuring soft-close quality African mahogany cabinets, brush nickel faucets with double sink, recessed lighting, and full-size stainless-steel appliances. The condo stays cool with porcelain tile throughout, new split A/C in every room, dimmable LED light fixtures, and ceiling fans. The main living area offers a dining area for four, counter seating, a sleeper sofa for additional guests and large flat screen TV equipped with cable. Dine inside or on your private lanai, equipped with dining table, chairs and chaise lounge. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi.
In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable King size bed and large mirrored closets. The bathroom is beautifully remodeled with a walk-in shower, detailed with river stones and baby turtles. This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **

This was the most amazing place! Clean, comfortable, everything you could need for a great time. Location overlooking the pool, beach and fantastic sunset views. Mellow complex, close to everything, including a great ABC Store right there! Will definitely return!

The condo itself was very well kept and the view from the porch was ideal. Very nice place to spend a few days on Maui. We did see some very small ants running around the counter as soon as we entered the condo though. We were told about that possibility prior to arrivial. It also might be a good idea to tell future tenants about how exactly the air conditioning works though as we spent our first night sweating because the air would not come on. We came to find out that it automatically shuts down as soon as you open the porch door and will not come back on unless the doors are lined up PERFECTLY once they are closed. Had to call maintenance to find that out. Some direction on that quirk prior to arrival would be helpful. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

We loved this condo. It’s very clean, had everything we needed. The A/C works perfectly. The grounds are immaculate, pools very clean. There is nothing bad to say about this place. Would definitely come back.

We would love to stay here over and over again in the future. The walking distance to the beach is amazing. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we could’ve needed. It made our first family vacation with our 1 year old incredible!

Overall the apartment was really nice and clean. There was only 2 issues but both were very minor and the manager was very helpful about getting them fixed. My wife and I had a great time and there are many things to do in the neighboring area.

This condo has a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean to watch the sunsets from the large lanai. Papakea is a family friendly complex with lots to offer. The condo is well stocked and includes some extras which is nice. Would definitely stay here again - Mahalo!

Great property! Views of the ocean was beautiful. Location was quiet and close to the elevators
The king size bed was very comfortable and the the whole place was perfect for two people.
Only slight negative was parking gets full if you get back later in the day so you will have to park further in the front of the property entrance. Also my husband didn’t like the toilet bidet because it gives a slight tilt forward but I didn’t mind it. Otherwise great place thank you
