Maui Kamaole #A207 is a beautifully furnished and decorated ocean view condo that has all the amenities to make your vacation in paradise perfect. The Lanai furniture is comfortable and is the best spot to start your morning and end an evening. Maui Kamaole #A-207 even has a retractable awning for when it rains or when the sun is too much. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.

The Renovation encompassed beautiful new Tile Flooring throughout, New Kitchen, Baths, Furniture, delightful Island Art, and all New Vented Air Conditioning System.
The living area has a comfortable sectional sofa, easy chair, ceiling fan, and A/C. The entertainment center includes a 47” Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, and Secured Wireless Internet. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stunning granite and is well appointed with many small appliances and dishware for all of your culinary needs. However, this unit does not have an oven.
Both bedrooms have Flat Screen TV’s, A/C and ceiling fans. Both Bathrooms are remodeled with Walk-In Showers, vanities, stunning granite, and the master has a dual vanity.
Maui Kamaole is a low-rise, luxury residential complex on the border of Kihei and Wailea an ideal vacation spot. With 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzi's, cabana, BBQ areas, tennis courts, and an on-site front desk agent with concierge services available. The upper pool area is a free-form tropical pool and there is a sandy bottom Jacuzzi that feels amazing after a long flight from the mainland. The tropical landscaping is first class and meticulously maintained. You can walk to beaches - Kamaole Beach Parks and Keawakapu - It is also a short walk to world class shopping and dining in both Kihei and Wailea! It was a wonderful experience overall. The only complaint I have is the towels had that spoiled smell so we had to buy 4 and brought them home with us. Also, both umbrellas were broken and all of the chairs but two were broken/damaged. The unit itself was great and we found the beds to be very comfortable.

Condo is as advertised. We really enjoyed sitting on the veranda for morning coffee and watching the sunset. The only reason I rate it a 4 instead of a 5 is we were harassed by an older couple in the unit below us for being noisy. We have traveled extensively for many years and are always respectful of our neighbors. Since we arrived from the mainland the night before we were all awake at 5 the first morning. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and spoke in hushed voices. That afternoon we got a noise complaint from the management company. The next day as we left the condo at 7:30 AM we started the dishwasher. That afternoon we got a message telling us to review the house rules and this was a final warning. Not the kind of thing you want to hear on vacation. I will admit when I was signing the long fine print contract I just scanned and sighed it. I was a bit taken aback when I saw absolutely no operation of dishwasher, washer, dryer, or vacuum before 8AM, yet there was very loud lawnmowers and weedwackers at 7 AM. If anyone is coming with a family be advised pool rules state No inflatables in pool and absolutely NO MARCO POLO.

Over the years, we have stayed in A-207 numerous times and the experience has always be A-1! Was my wife's fave. This stay was bitter-sweet because we were there during the Lahaina fire. What a stay! The view of Lanai and west Maui from the balcony is amazing morning or night. The furnishings, appliances, and art give a contemporary island vibe that make for a very relaxing stay. The cool A/C after a long day at the beach helped, too. A short walk to Kamaole III beach with sea turtles swimming by in waist-deep water. Restaurants, shops, and beaches of Kihei and Wailea are all within a 10-minute drive. The lagoon pool was a nice respite from the sand when needed. I would absolutely book this condo again. Hope we can make it back next year.
