This beautiful villa includes all the modern-day luxuries you could want: new wood floors and carpeting throughout, granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, floor to ceiling tiled showers, Hawai'iana furnishings and décor and plenty of windows letting in Maui's perfect natural light and sunshine. Located overlooking the 10th hole on the Bay Golf Course, enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the spacious lanai. Ocean views, tranquil golf course views ~ This Maui condo offers luxury in a peaceful and serene setting. During whale season, you can spot spouts and splashes right from the lanai!
Please note there is a flight of stairs outside to reach the front door; no elevator.
This villa is across from one of Kapalua Golf Villa's 4 pools and barbeque area. If you aren't familiar with Kapalua, you have everything you need nearby; restaurants, tennis courts, two golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, and the pristine beaches of Oneloa or Kapalua Bay. There are no additional parking or resort fees. Please note there are stairs/steps outside and inside the unit.

We had a great time at this condo. We were 5 adults and there was enough space to convene and also have our own space. The kitchen is VERY well appointment and is clean and new. We loved eating breakfast on the lanai and having drinks watching the sun set. There are many pools to choose from and approx 15 min walk down to the beach. It was quiet and quaint and it was fun to critique golf swings from the lanai! We enjoyed our time very much. Only downfall was parking can be limited (someone was in our “designated” spot the whole and didn't move over the 8 days. Wish there was an EV charging station on site but ultimately none of these deterred from our visit. Thanks!

My family and I are grateful for Perfect stays and the property manager for being so accommodating. Our 3 families enjoyed the unit and appreciated being able to stay together as we travelled together. It was a happy and solemn occasion as we gathered for our father's funeral service. As someone who doesn't venture much on the west side of Maui I am even more forever grateful for the time spent there especially now.

We have stayed in this unit before and thoroughly enjoyed .
However this time our opinion changed .
Positives are good location , 3 bedroom and large updated kitchen and nice balcony.
Negatives are carpets were extremely dirty on first floor .
We had hundreds small white bugs throughout kitchen area @ countertops and pantry - we were serviced two times with service for bugs and did not solve the problem.. (Coming in from ceiling
We kept all food in frig but problem persisted .
Hoping MPS can resolve these issues for future customers!
I'm sure units haven't been used due to Covid but MPS should assess each before customers arrive . And if not up to gold standards customers should receive a credit .
Maui is amazing and we love the Kapalua golf villas unfortunately this unit had issues .

We were here for 9 nights. The property was beautiful. The bedrooms were spacious. The views are breathtaking! However, the cleanliness was not impressive. The floors were very sticky, the downstairs shower had a huge clump of long black hair on top of the drain, and most of the dishes looked like they had been rinsed but not washed. Dried eggs in the skillet, But other than that, it was a wonderful home.

Perfect place for 6 adults. Plenty of room for all with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the large lanai. One issue with cleanliness of kitchen floor - not swept or mopped. Sticky and very dirty.

We had the most amazing stay at the Kapalua Golf Villa. The condo was amazing with views to die for. You truly feel like you are in paradise the moment you enter. The communcation with everyone at My Perfect Stays was great and they were extremely attentive. We will be back!!

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property and the number of maintenance problems we had. Issues with Fans, TV, water on the kitchen floor, bugs, BBQ was disgusting, 3rd bedroom was like daytime from the outside lights (difficult to sleep), screen doors kept coming off and a few other issues.
