Kihei Bay Surf Studio #238 is a remodeled upstairs studio with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, mountain and tennis court views. It has a king bed and a double sofa bed and it can sleep 3 people. Kihei Bay Surf Studio #238 features a room unit air conditioner in the living room, Flat screen TV, and WIFI. Coin-operated laundry room on-site. A $200 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.

The Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and Kalepolepo Beach and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond. Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV and can sleep from 2-3 people. In addition there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills and common laundry areas for your use. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. The Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to shops, restaurants and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. This is one of the best values in Kihei.
** Important Update: A construction project is scheduled for April through December 2024 (estimate). The work will consist of removal of the old roof and solar panels, and installation of the new roof and solar panels. Work is allowed Monday-Saturday from 8am-5pm. This property is in the best location - easy drive to Haleakala mountain and to Lahaina as well as Wailea. Surrounded by many great restaurants and a great beach with turtles! Overall, the property is simple but perfect for a family who is looking for a place to sleep while they are out all day.

We were there second time but in another room. Everything was good and our stay was satisfied because of good location and clean. We forgot the bag in thee room and after leavin receiving the message about it.
We will give the advice the host to change beach chairs and better if could be dish washing mashine and the place where put the suitcases.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The unit itself is dated and could use a “freshen up” but is otherwise clean, spacious and perfect for a couple! The king sized bed is incredibly comfortable and the cross breeze you get in the unit is amazing. We never turned the A/C on. Kitchen is well equipped and the beach chairs and umbrella got a lot of use! Great value here, highly recommend!

We appreciated being so near to Kihei, but removed enough that we didn't hear the busy streets or restaurant/bar goers. Loved being able to walk across the street to the Humpback Whale Sanctuary to watch the whales and morning kayakers from the front deck with your morning coffee. Also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and beach chairs and gear provided by the hosts.

This studio is located in a very quiet and convenient part of Kihei. It is a 10 minute drive away from some of the nicest beaches and restaurants. The place was very clean and also came with a lot of amenities like beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc.

Let’s see...the AC didn’t work, the cable didn’t work properly, the internet was down. Not a great stay. The RM Inc. staff were very helpful. The property owner refused to allow the RM staff to provide us with a portable AC unit and wanted the AC cord to “dry out”. Yet, there was no mention of any compensation for a listed amenity that didn’t work. We will NOT return to Kihei Bay Surf any time soon.

I stayed in the studio apartment for just over a week and it had all of the amenities needed. The property was clean and well maintained. It’s steps away from a beautiful beach and minutes away from local shops.
The kitchenette was fully loaded and gives the flexibility of making your own meals. I bought groceries for breakfast and lunches and ate out for dinners.
I highly recommend this property for anyone considering this trip!
