Our home offers everything you need for your perfect Maui vacation. We offer a luxury contemporary loft lifestyle condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
The beds offer the same mattresses found at Hawaii’s five star hotels. They have comfortable plush toppers, and the luxury linens provide comfort for your stay. The master loft has a queen bed, plus and en suite bathroom with large walk in shower. This is an open loft. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Split system air conditioning in the living room only. The ceilings are high and the a/c is up at the top of the ceiling so it cools the loft really well. No a/c in the downstairs bedroom.
The gourmet kitchen has upgraded appliances and new tools to enjoy meals at home. Times Market is within walking distance and offers a wide array of food and beverages to inspire your meals. Serve your meals at the pub style seating or on the lanai; or, make friends and have relaxing outdoor meal at the well-equipped BBQ pavilion by the pool. Don’t feel like cooking? Try one of the local restaurants nearby. You’ll find many “ONO” rated restaurants by the Maui Revealed Guidebook within walking distance.
The pool area is a great place to relax in the sun and to go for a swim. The swimming pool is heated during the colder months; not heated during the hot summer months. Lounge in the oversized hot tub after an adventurous day of exploring all that Maui has to offer.

Was not impressed with this property. Location is great. Dishwasher is inoperable. Wi-fi is the worst!!! I had to work remotely while here and was unable at times to do so. Internet was horribly spotty. Made working impossible which put me in a stressful bind. Unit offered NO BEACH TOWELS!!!! No Beach toys only an i r chest that belongs in the trash as it is broken and 6 broken down beech chairs. The unit felt sterile for a beech setting. Only good was the setting and cleanliness

Basic Maui condo. Has all the needs. A little dated, and mismatched, but nothing terrible. Location is great for walkability.

Everything was great, only thing better for us would have been 1st floor room as the steps both going up to and then upstairs were a bit daunting. Just getting older lol. A couple of beach towels In The unit would be helpful. We left a whole box of coffee filters in the unit for next guests no need to have to buy 100 of them for a ten day stay. Salt and pepper would also be a plus. But none of that would keep us from coming back, we always enjoy our time there in the complex. Mahalo

Stayed at Kihei Garden for 5 nights total. Condo was excellently decorated with cute paintings and had everything we needed from extra towels to beach chairs. Although the filtered water tasted bad and the ice and the ice machine had black mold but otherwise having two bathrooms and multiple beds was a real plus for our family! Air con worked great but not to back room had to leave fan on. Pool was nice and small and free parking

Kihei Garden Estates is a great complex. We’ve stayed in several condos there and have never been disappointed. The condos are stocked with everything you need for cooking or playing at the beach. Kihei Garden Estates is located within walking distance of 2 plazas with a supermarket, restaurants, food trucks & shopping. S. Kihei Road has so many beautiful beaches. North Kihei is a great base no matter where you want to go on Maui.

Had a great stay in Maui, location was perfect, walking distance to beach and grocery store, we did have issues when we first arrived getting into the condo but they were addressed immediately, very clean condo with ensuring we needed, beach chairs and cooler a plus, would definitely stay here again! Location was ideal. Walking distance to Times grocery store and other local restaurants. Easy access to highway for road trips around the island. Best part - walking distance to an area where turtles are known to beach! Parking is conveniently close to the unit. And a partial ocean view from the lanai! Bathrooms are nice and spacious. The updated AC unit made it very comfortable at night. We enjoyed saying at this unit and would come back!

Located right by a quiet beach, grocery store next door, dive/coffee shop down the street. The unit was fine and fit all six of us. The pool and BBQ area was fantastic. Excellent value, and a great staging area for Maui adventures
