Aloha and Welcome to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B13 in sunny South Maui! Condo B13 is a 2-bedroom, Ocean View townhouse style condo on 2nd level at Kihei Sands Condominiums. It sleeps 4 with a King bed in main-level bedroom and a King bed in upstairs loft. Sony 40" HD TV, DVR recorder. New Mitsubishi A/Cs. This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.
Kihei Sands Condominium sits directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet! Our Patio and lawn areas are idyllic. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed coffee and each evening watching a spectacular Sunset while you grill dinner and sip a beverage.

With 22 units to choose from it’s easy to find the perfect fit for everyone in your group, from number of bedrooms (1, 2 & 3) to bed configurations.
Kihei Sands offers a wonderful alternative to crowded resorts with the intimate nature of our complex offering only 29 units total. To promote the health and safety of our guests and staff we have put into practice an enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness: Kihei Sands Superior Clean. Our new cleaning program meets or exceeds CDC recommendations and aligns with guidance from hospitality industry experts. Our goal is to provide even more support and protection to everyone in the Kihei Sands community.
A short walk down the beach you’ll find several eateries and shops, including a Fresh Produce Market, ABC Store, Bakery, Shave Ice, and a small diner. There are numerous dining and shopping options within a couple miles of Kihei Sands. Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer.

While our initial reactions upon check-in were 'the pool is smaller than we thought' and 'maybe the room is too small for our family of 4' and 'our early check-in seems to have irritated the staff', we are ultimately very happy with our stay and absolutely would come again. We stay in a Kaanapali timeshare for a week every year and then move to Kihei for 3-4 days and like to try out different airBnBs/VRBOs. It's windier in this location, which makes the ocean right outside choppier, but it also keeps the air cooler. Wonderful to be able to be on the sand from our room in 30 seconds. While the pool is on the smaller size, we really loved the lounge area next to it- the lounges are in great shape with plenty of both shady and sunny options. We didn't barbecue or but the shared dining patio completely negates the need for an individual patio attached to our unit. It was quiet and intimate and never crowded. The A/C in both bedrooms and living room worked very well and kept us quite cool at night. It doesn't reach the bathrooms which can get a tad warm, but didn't bother us. The kitchen was very well equipped- from dishes to pans to utensils to ice packs in the freezer (we were just at another rental that gave us the bare minimum). Particularly delightful was the area under the outdoor stairs with toys, floats, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for community use. These are available to anyone staying at the facility, in addition to anything provided in the room. Our room had 4 tommy bahama chairs for use (2 brand new in plastic), a cooler, a beach bag and an umbrella. We always feel guilty leaving behind perfectly good toys or unused food/drinks, so I liked being instructed to leave behind unopened food in the fridge, and toys with the other. It was also a nice touch to see several bottles of sunscreen available for anyone's use.

Love this place! Close to flea market, swap meet, groceries & restaurants. But loved just to lay on the beach and by the pool! Definitely a great place to relax also.

We had 3 families (10 of us) in 3 condo's at the Kihei Sands Beachfront Condos, and we really enjoyed it. It was awesome to be right by the beach, to be able to walk on the beach every day, enjoy the beach every evening, and to chat with other renters (who have been here often before). The units and complex were quiet and convenient to drive to and from.

The fan in the kitchen is dirty and there was paint peeling by the lanai slider in the unit. I questioned the pool cleanliness, but it was getting a lot of use by kids. It would have been nice to see the ocean from the lawn chairs but the hedge is overgrown and weedy. Aside from that, we enjoyed the quiet accommodations and complimentary morning coffee and tea on the patio.
