If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 3rd day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

It has a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest bedroom and a sofa sleeper for additional guests. This unit is located at the southeast corner of the property providing seclusion and serenity for your Maui vacation.
Wailea Elua Village is an exclusive beachfront property located in the heart of the resort community of Wailea. This relaxing low-density property consists of two-story buildings terraced over twenty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping. Beautiful Ulua Beach fronting the property is a well-known snorkeling destination and is great for watching dramatic sunsets, swimming, sunning and whale watching in the winter months.

This condo was just as advertised, and was a comfortable, well-appointed place to come home to after exploring the island every day. The pool(s) and beach are close (5 min walk) and well maintained, not too crowded. The unit included beach chairs and a cooler which all came in handy. It would have been nice to have a beach umbrella as well, but no luck there. Thank you for a great time, we would definitely return!

Absolutely loved it. Above and beyond expectations. The ocean view with the full wall of sliding doors was amazing. Beautiful decor, fully stocked, quiet and lovely.
Resort was well looked after and the gardens were Amazing. Didn’t feel busy in the slightest and never had a problem getting a deck chair at the pool like at the big hotels. Practically had the pool area to ourselves.
Will definitely return.

We had a lovely time staying at Wailea Eula 105. The pictures don’t do it justice! The Eula property is beautifully maintained with wonderful beach front pool and beach access. And walking distance to several resorts and the shopping mall. The view from 105 is amazing – our favorite thing to do was to sit on the deck watching the view – including amazing sunsets. The unit itself is very well maintained, clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property. And the daily cleaning service was a treat. We will definitely return to #105!
