Aloha and Welcome to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B14 in sunny South Maui! This 2nd floor (no elevator) condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.
Our fully equipped KITCHEN has everything you need to feel right at home, including spices & oils. Bring your favorite coffee with you to make your morning joe in the drip coffeemaker. For your convenience we'll provide hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash can liners, new sponge & a roll of paper towels. You'll replace just the paper towels as needed.
The DINING area seats 4 comfortably (not 6) & the private balcony seats another 2. Perfect for enjoying your home-made or take-away meals after a hard day's play exploring all Maui has to offer!
SMART TVs are in each bedroom areas as well as the living room for streaming your favorite shows. High-end, whisper quiet 3-ZONE SPLIT A/C SYSTEM will keep everyone cool/comfortable throughout the condo. Ceiling fans will quietly move the air if you prefer opening the windows & slider door to cool you with fresh trade winds during our temperate mornings & evenings.
The living room couch is a sleeper sofa, & we have an Aerobed available if you prefer. 5 or 6 guests is very tight for a stay longer than a night or two but it is doable, especially if you have more than two children. We don't recommend 6 adults.
The downstairs bedroom has two TWIN BEDS, perfect for a family with kids. For a nominal fee, Housekeeping will join the twin beds into a king with a special bed bridge conversion kit. The upstairs loft bedroom has a KING bed & ensuite bathroom.
Each BATHROOM has convenient walk-in showers. Both have a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of soap, which you'll replenish as needed. Bring your favorite bath & body products from home or purchase on island at one of our many stores.
In the closets you'll find 4 Tommy Bahama BEACH CHAIRS & umbrella, a cooler & beach towels. Take them with you on beach excursions - Maui has many beautiful beaches worth a visit! A Maui Revealed book in your condo will assist you with planning all of your adventures.
For your convenience we have a coin-op LAUNDROMAT located on each floor. You’ll find bookshelves loaded with easy beach reads & the upstairs laundry has some family games for your enjoyment. We suggest bringing laundry pods & dryer sheets from home so you don't have to purchase more than you need.
We love starting the day with a cup of coffee (provided by 7:00 am daily) on the patio while watching the SUN rise over Haleakala. Our unique location allows for both rejuvenating sunrises & magnificent sunsets - how cool is that?!
Our patio is popular in the evenings for gathering after an amazing Maui day. Prepare delicious dinners on its two gas BBQs. Watch the spectacular SUNSETS from here - the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean ensures they'll be truly breathtaking.
Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer, whether exploring, shopping or dining. There's plenty of options to fit all wallets, appetites & fashion styles!

we rented A9, B12 and B14 for one week. We had the most enjoyable experience. The family was able to congregate on our patio and the grandkids could go to the beach easily from there. Information was shared with us from the beginning of our booking. We received information about the area such as things to do and eat. A week before we received information on how to check-in and check-out of the condo. It was great to receive a welcoming package especially after long flight. We enjoyed the facility and its amenities - pool and beachfront, and we even used the grill for a night in. It was a quiet place and the room was sufficient for a family of 4. We spent most of our time outdoors, surfing and exploring the island. A few things to note. The parking spaces are a bit narrow so you have to be cautious in getting in and out of your car.
The king size bed is upstairs that may hinder those who have trouble with stairs as the stairs are a bit narrow. The bathrooms are an open shower concept with a partial barrier wall but be prepared to have a wet toilet floor. Overall, it was a perfect place for our family. We would go back.

It was like staying in a boutique hotel! Only two stories, maybe about 40 units. Small enough to meet and get to know other guests, many of whom were frequent visitors. The unit was recently updated, and the location was perfect - directly ON the beach. Everything we needed for the kitchen, pool, and the beach were available. Would love to visit again!

Great Stay. Coffee and Tea on the patio in the morning to get your day started with great ocean view. Concierge office very helpful with any questions and advice on to do and see. Helped us with phone numbers for Luau's etc. They have beach chairs, Towels, Cooler in the room and on the padio available are floatation tubes and Boogey boards. Also on the patio are a couple barbecue's if wanted or needed. Would definitely stay here again.

lovely condo and grounds/pool however location is VERY windy every day for most of the day. You get some relief in the late afternoon which is nice for swimming in the ocean. Pool is not heated but ocean is warm and pool is only slightly cooler.
