The home consists of three separate pods encircling the pool and spacious outdoor lanai, each with their own AC system. The recently renovated living room and kitchen pod offers wall-to-wall glass windows for gorgeous ocean views and features upgraded appliances, redwood paneling and colorful Mauna Kea decor. The master bedroom pod is located across the breezeway on the other side of the pool deck and features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, a large en-suite bathroom and private outdoor shower than can be accessed by the pool deck. The guest bedroom pod offers a king bed, vaulted ceilings and an en-suite bathroom with a large outdoor shower.

The home offers a large deep water pool that is heated for your enjoyment. Around the pool is a large tanning deck that is perfect for lounging under the Hawaiian sun.

Purchase of this membership includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel facilities: Charging privileges at both hotels for dining and activities, access to hotel beaches and pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers (yoga and group classes available for a fee), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotel.

Starting April 2024, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renovation. The hotel is not planned to be closed entirely - instead the renovation will occur in sections which may, at times, cause interruptions to golf, tennis and hotel services.
