No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking or Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

I really enjoyed my 5 week stay in #2311. Sorry I’m late in replying. It was stocked with absolutely everything one would ever need. The appliances were all high end. Loved the ice maker and the modern washer/dryer to mention a few. I must admit I prefer the sunny side of the building, the lanai being in the shade was cool. Not a big complaint to be sure.

This apartment was the best place we stayed in Waikiki so far. It’s spacious with whole day cool breeze. It is equipped with everything we needed. We also liked its location, quiet but only few minutes walk to the Waikiki beach. The building is well managed and maintained too. It felt like home.

The apartment was perfect for my visit:- It was clean and well stocked. I did a fair amount of cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed (pots, pans, utensils, even a small slow cooker).- It was conveniently located. I walked down to Waikiki beach frequently and had easy access to the rest of the island with the car I parked onsite.- It has a fantastic view. The balcony was a great place to sit and read or eat a meal.I'd be more than happy to stay here again on my next visit.
