Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. The property is exactly what the pictures show. The only issue we had is that some of the neighbors did not observe the quiet hours. Children playing outside your condo at 6:00AM is not ideal. We tried to notify the property manager of some electrical outlet issues, but were not able to make contact with him for some reason.

We really enjoyed our stay - we've stayed at the Palms several times but this was our first time in this condo. We thought it was really comfortable, well set up for our vacation and tucked away in a nice and quiet part of the property while still close to the pool.
The booking, check in and check out processes were super simple.
We'll book again for sure!

Loved the location and size of the condo! The lanai was perfect! Tried to get through by email to the management company about the type of coffee pot but my email was never answered. Only negative!!

It has a good location, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a good overall layout with a large great room and primary suite. We really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas! We just got back from 5 days in #905 and enjoyed our entire stay! The Palms are centrally located to everything and the condo location itself was perfect. We loved the walk-out bottom floor and the corner location made the outdoor seating areas very private and ideal for morning coffee and watching the sunsets over the water. The pool was also nice and easy to get to. All the amenities in the unit were high quality and worked well. Everything we needed for a fun beach day was also included - highly recommend and hope to return! Easy-peasy and island breezy.

We enjoyed staying at the property. The unit was nice, clean and comfortable. The patio area was nice for eating and barbecuing. We enjoyed the pool area a lot. Owners should replace the fridge. It’s out dated and ice maker doesn’t work so you need to get ice from inside. Also, an area rug would be nice to make the place seem more cozy. Property manager was attentive to questions and in addressing a couple concerns.

We really enjoyed staying here and we are so thankful for the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. The location to the beach and the nearby town for food and surf lessons was ideal. We had a rental car and found it very easy to do day trips to see the island.

Good location, very peaceful, 2 minutes from pool, 5-10min walk to many good beaches, sunset views from lawn by patio, within walking distance of shops. Kitchen adequately stocked although new skillets needed. There were a few maintenance issues and property manager was very responsive when we let staff know. Comfortable and worked well for our group of 4.

The unit is exactly as it is presented: spacious, private, and comfortable. It is close enough to beaches and shops without any of the noise. There is a beautiful view of the sunset from just outside the patio. The unit is very clean and stocked with basics such as beach chairs (a must), boogie boards, beach toys, and floaties. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and spices! The property management (especially Matthew) is amazing and beyond accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!
