Opening the home's double doors you cross the pillared entry finding yourself in the aptly named great room: a room that is at once both comfortable and dramatic with its soaring beamed cathedral ceilings, indirect lighting and, of course, beautiful ocean views.

This home has everything for your enjoyment: an ocean view pool; an outdoor shower with rain head; a putting green; a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen complete with ice maker, wine cooler, Sub Zero refrigerator and walk-in pantry; an outdoor kitchen with grill, burners, sink and beverage cooler; a 65 inch OLED TV with streaming capabilities; high speed internet; indoor and outdoor dining options; and a primary bedroom suite which boasts ocean views from the king size bed, a separate lanai, a 50" flat screen smart TV, a free standing soaking tub and a two person walk-in shower. The second bathroom is shared by the two guest rooms and the bonus room. The third bathroom is off of the back lanai and perfect for poolside use.

Keauhou Estates is ideally located within Kailua-Kona where there is quick and easy access to the cinema, the supermarket, the drugstore, Magic Sands Beach, the Snorkel Beach (Kahaluu), golf courses and a plethora of shopping and dining options.

Minimum night varies seasonally 7 - 10 nights. This is a non-smoking, no pets property. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.
