This is the first time staying at a home, and it was amazing. Its location was great, and the property management team was very responsive. I liked that its in a gated community and in Kona where we had access to all the stores. Will definitely stay here again if we ever visit the Big Island

This home is in a great location and has an excellent view overlooking the Pacific, with direct access to a tide pool beach.
However, the home is outdated. Internet coverage throughout the home and external areas is poor. There is no SMART TV, just cable on a very old TV. The dishwasher not secured to the cabinetry with door dropping down to the floor or your feet. The washer and dryer are aged, and have rust and mildew. Multiple leaks in the living room and kitchen windows with rain, with multiple window cranks missing or unusable. Missing and/or broken window coverings. No indoor dining room or kitchen table. Given the high cost of this rental, we did not expect to have to deal with all of these issues.

Perfect home in the perfect location. The views from lanai are absolutely amazing! Everything in the home worked perfect, was clearly marked, very clean, communication was excellent. The Keiki Pond out the back gate was beautiful! Loved our stay!
