The house is perched on an 1 & 1/2 acres of lushly landscaped grounds, facing the Pacific Ocean. There are bananas, lychee, passion fruit, avocado, mango and more. You can enjoy the spectacular Kona sunsets, and distant views of Kailua-Kona from two lanais.

This property has 2 bedrooms upstairs both with queen beds and adjoining baths. Then downstairs through an outside path is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and adjoining bath. The houses unique Hawaiian layout uses Shoji doors to close off the rooms that are otherwise open to the main living area. WiFi has been upgraded to seamlessly support multiple guests working remotely, providing high speed access anywhere in the house and on the lanais.

This location in Holualoa is perfect to travel either north toward Waimea, Hilo or the Kohala coast. Or south towards Kealakekua Bay, Honaunau and around the southern tip of the island on up to Volcano National Park and Kilauea volcano.
