This condo had a perfect location and might possibly have the best view at the resort. It has a private home setting with a resort atmosphere right around the corner.

Condo was super clean and had amazing views which made our trip. Only complaint is the one of the screen doors to the King room was broken. Put in a maintenance request received no email or phone call but came home to that screen door gone as well as the screen doors to the lanai from the dining room were now gone. Working in properly management I would have expected to at least get a phone call prior to anyone entering our room.

We stayed in this penthouse with 2 friends. It is a lovely, bright apartment with lovely views of the ocean and great lanais to relax on. It is nicely furnished and has a well equipped modern kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. The kingsize bedroom suite is a good size. The queen/double room smaller, something to bear in mind. I only rate the location with a 3 only because it is a drive whichever way you want to go on the island, but this is why we booked it. So something to bear in mind when booking. Waipouli Beach Resort is excellent, the pool area lovely and staff very friendly. We could not falt anything. We did have a problem with the safe, but Candace (The Property Manager) and her Team were always at the other end of the phone and it was sorted out without any problems. Thank you for a lovely stay on Kauai.

Otherwise everything was wonderful! We could hear the whales slapping their tails from the living room balcony!

We loved our stay here. The wide span of views around the house, easy access to the beach without crowds while also having a pool with slides to jump into - everyone across our three generational family stay really enjoyed it. On top of it - we enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning right from the lanai.

This property was as described - amazing ocean views, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for a family of three. The pool was clean and much larger than expected. Oasis at the beach restaurant was excellent, we had dinner there twice! The place was conveniently located to grocery store, coffee and many restaurants as well as 30-45 minute drive to north and south shores and only 5-7 minutes to a wonderful beach park. Highly recommend!

The place was conveniently located to grocery store, coffee and many restaurants as well as 30-45 minute drive to north and south shores and only 5-7 minutes to a wonderful beach park. We rotated friends / family and my wife and I during the 3 weeks at the Waipouli Beach Resort (no more than 4 people at any one time + a one year old for a few days). The property and management were EXCELLENT. I actually think that the unit we were in is probably the BEST unit on the property (and there are a lot of units) for overall view and privacy. We had a few minor maintenance issues but the management team and staff responded amazingly quickly. The unit was well equipped and very clean. I do have a couple of suggestions and these are no way complaints, just suggestions and purely “my opinion”. We try and take care of properties we rent as if it was our own and hope to leave it better than we found it. That being said there was no vacuum cleaner in the unit. We called down for one and it arrived moments later but would be nice to have one there to start with. Also, a few basic tools. I could have and would have been glad to repair a few minor issues that we called down for and were handled post haste. The lawn chairs (4) need to be replaced (rusted and extremely hard to close) and the addition of a cheese grater would have been wonderful. The pots / pans / glasses / silverware were top shelf and brand new. Before we left we stripped the beds, started the towels in the washer and cleaned all dishes, glasses and silverware. All in all one of the best properties we have stayed at and definitely the best management team!
