Kamaole Sands - #10411 is a two-floor condo: This charming two-floor two-bedroom/two-bathroom unit features light rattan furniture and modern Hawaiian prints throughout the space. The open-concept layout was created with style and comfort in mind.
Immediately, guests are drawn to the bright open living space with an elaborate staircase. This winding staircase leads to an open-bedroom loft with a king bed. This bedroom has a luggage storage rack for guests to unpack in the nine-drawer dresser. After a relaxing soak in the tub or shower, guests can enjoy privacy and relaxation while watching their favorite shows on their flat-screen television.
Downstairs, in the living room, four guests can gather at the dining room table. The designated chef can partake in the conversation while guests enjoy snacks and tropical cocktails. The fully-equipped kitchen has all of the items guests need to prepare a restaurant-worthy meal. The kitchen includes counter space, an electric stove/oven, a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a teapot, and a coffee pot.
Soak up the Hawaiian breeze on the private lanai as you enjoy a home-cooked meal. Guests can enjoy the beautifully landscaped ocean views while sipping on a Mai Tai. Enjoy a movie night in the living room with two plush sofas and a chair boasting exotic floral patterns.
On the lower level of the two-floor space is the second bedroom. This bedroom has a queen bed, a six-drawer dresser, and closet space for guests to unpack. The second bathroom features plenty of counter space for toiletries and a shower/tub.
Additional in-unit amenities include air-conditioning, free parking (for one vehicle), WiFi, and a washer/dryer. Sleeps 4 in 1 king bed upstairs and a queen in the downstairs bedroom. Each bedroom and living room has a fan to enable guests to enjoy their ideal climate-controlled setting. In addition, owner recently upgraded the unit to stunning flooring, and updated the bedding, and provided more in-unit amenities.
Located directly across from Kamaole Beach Park III, these air-conditioned condos let guests slip away from daily demands in a relaxing style. Each one, two, and three-bedroom suite features a private lanai, full kitchen, high-speed Internet access, and washer/dryer. Stay active with tennis courts, a swimming pool, jet spas, barbecue grills, and the resort’s weekly pool party from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM with LIVE Hawaiian music and hula dancing. The property and the units are well maintained and the location is ideal, just across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III with its lovely beach and good snorkelling. We saw more and larger fish, and more turtles, than ever previously! This 2 bedroom unit provides complementary beach accessories (umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, etc).

This was our second stay at Kamaole Sands and the property and location never disappoint. Having said that this condo unit exists for one reason and one reason only. To make as much money possible without putting any back into it. I have no problem with a dated property as long as it is clean and maintained. This unit was neither. In no particular order: the shag carpet (yes shag carpet) in the living area was badly stained and dirty. Many floor tiles in the hallway were cracked. The front of the cutlery drawer is ready to fall off when you open it. The toaster only works when you hold the handle down. At least two of the steak knives were broken. The handles and blades bent when you tried to use them. The main floor tub/shower was disgusting, especially at the bottom of the doors. One of the doors on the upstairs bathroom cabinet was ready to fall off. The tiles in the upstairs shower had large cracks in the corners. The bannister and stairs had black dirt imbedded on the wood. It had not been cleaned other than dusted, in years. The bathroom fan filters did not look as though they were ever cleaned or replaced. The air conditioner had a red light indicating the filter needed cleaning. Two of the four lanai chairs were broken and unusable. A few of the electrical outlets had tape either on one of the receptacles or both. The upstairs bathroom light and fan flickers off and on. This was raised by a previous renter. I am not an insurance expert but I do know something about electricity and there is an obvious loose connection in the switch. If this ever resulted in a fire, I’m pretty sure insurance would be null and void because this issue was already made public. I took pictures of all I mentioned and would be happy to share them. Would I stay at the Kamaole Sands again? Absolutely. The grounds and facilities are gorgeous and well maintained. The location is also fantastic. Would I rent this condo again? Never! and neither should you until there is some serious attention paid to it.

Kam Sands #10411 is great location, great patio view. However, 2 patio chairs are broken, unit is old & not clean. Upstairs bath lights flicker on & off. Love location, will look for different unit next trip.

The resort is beautiful. There is only one pool for the whole resort and it can be busy at times. The grounds are beautiful and the view from our lanai was gorgeous. The condo met our needs. It is dated but priced accordingly.
The beach across the street is amazing and it is within walking distance to food and shopping.
Im giving it 4 stars because We had some water leakage from the unit next door but the maintenance was quick to repair. We had to clean up the water with the extra towels provided. It caused the carpet to be wet the remainder of our stay and we had loud fans in our unit to dry the damage.

This condo was perfect for a group of 4! The check-in process at the front office was longer and more complicated than expected, but the condo itself was perfectly clean, in a great location and central to attractions in Lahaina & Wailea. Loved it!

Large 2 bedroom 2 full bath unit on 4th floor with elevator. Porch with great view of ocean front and park directly across the street. Well appointed and equipped. Efficient 24 hr. on site management company is a comfort makes in and out easy. Highly recommended. Not cheap but worth cost. Walking distance to restaurants and stores.

We were two couples sharing the condo so the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect. The lanai is spacious with a partial ocean view and a great view of the lush grounds and the fountain. It was convenient to shopping and restaurants. My favorite thing was that the beach right across the street had great snorkeling to the left with an easy, sandy entrance to the water. The slope was gentle in the water making it a good beach for kids. The concierge at the property was helpful and provided discounts on excursions. I would definitely stay there again.
