It’s definitely not luxurious! All the pillows were flat and the bed was uncomfortable. There were not enough beach towels for all of us. Two of the burners on the stove did not work so our meals took hours to make. The windows were missing the latches, so you could not close some of the windows all the way. Also, a day before arriving I called about the cancellation policy and the person I spoke with said they would have someone call me back. They never called back! They canceled my reservation! The location and the view were the two best qualities.

We are part of the hula group from N.CA who come to Waikiki every year to dance hula and enjoy the ocean, the people and bring some aloha back home. We book several units so we can be close together and travel around the island to experience different beaches, museums and activities. The location of the Banyon tower 1 and 2 are excellent and having the parking is very convenient. The units are just right for two people to share. It’s so much better than staying at the hotel and quite reasonably! Mahalo to the management that made easy to book it and had great communication with us before!

The rental unit is very dated. The soap, shampoo etc were in very small qty, barely enough for 4 days. The location was good and very convenient.

The location was great with an excellent view of the ocean. The unit had most amenities and even had some sand toys. Handles on the drawers located in the kitchen would have been helpful. The windows are single pane and one can hear almost all the noises at night. The blinds are also super light and the sleeping area was super bright at night. It would have been nice to have been advised of the renovations being done to the unit next door. The grinding noises during the day was quite disruptive and the water was shut off for 5 hours one day, that started at 9am. The parking was included, which made things very convenient for having a vehicle.

Great spot. One block from the beach. All the amenities. Convenient. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. Clean and functional. Would go back and stay again and would recommend.

Unit has everything you need. We had only two issues, they need a new cable box. The TV freezes up after about 15 minutes of watching it. And the toaster only cooks on one side of the toast. But overall, we would defiantly stay here again.

I was visiting for my 50th birthday with 3 girlfriends. It was a comfortable room and loved the set up. The view was amazing! I stayed in tower 1 over spring break with my family, but loved the view even more from Tower 2. Had one issue with the shower, but the host got back to me right away to explain how to use it. There were instructions on the back of the toilet but they were covered by extra toilet paper rolls. I had an amzing experience and so did my friends! Thank you!

Our experience at this vacation rental was nothing short of amazing. The process of checking in and out was super easy, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free. The ambiance was quiet and relaxing, providing a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing view that greeted us each morning. Additionally, the location couldn't have been better with just a short, pleasant walk to the beach and a variety of dining options nearby. We could easily stroll to grab a bite at almost any type of eatery we desired. This rental not only met but exceeded our expectations, and the close proximity to both the beach and delightful food spots was the cherry on top. We can't wait to return and relive this enjoyable experience.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! The a/c was great, wonderful views from the lanai, very comfortable unit.
