With a dozen or more excellent restaurants -- ranging from fine dining to casual local fare -- within a short walk, the Maui Hill features one of the best locations in South Maui.
The kitchen is completely equipped for preparation and service for eight (with a rare 8-place dining table.) The trade winds flow beautifully through this corner, end unit, with expansive lanai doors, and plenty of windows. Light, bright, airy and open, the unit features AC and ceiling fans as well.

Our family enjoyed Maui Hill!! The house was perfect for our family of 5, including two kids, my husband and my mom. There was space to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. The kids really enjoyed walking to the pool and the beach was very close too. Highly recommend!!

Had a fabulous stay! Perfect for 3 couples. Spent many hours enjoying the view from the balcony. Pool on property was large and generally not crowded. Amazing beach just a 5 minute walk (public parking available if prefer to drive.) Would definitely stay again. Mahalo!

The Maui Hill 116 condo was as nice as described. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, the view from the lanai was breathtaking, the complex pool was nice and it was an easy walk to beautiful beaches. Ian with Vacation-Maui was very helpful and quickly answered any question I had. I'd highly recommend this condo for a family of 5-6 people.

This place was perfect for our family of 7. It was clean and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. It is conveniently located between Kihei and Wailea with easy access to local beaches. The grounds were well kept, and our kids enjoyed access to the pool. The lanai was perfect for early morning or late afternoon coffee and reading with a nice view of the ocean. The communication was top notch from start to finish and made check in/check out a breeze. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The condo in Maui was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. There were 5 adults staying here. The check in was easy, the unit was clean and there was always parking in front of the unit. I would definately recommend this condo to other large groups.

The 6 of us, 3 adult couples, had a great stay. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths (2 masters) was perfect. We had friends staying at Kihei Surfside and we were just a short walk away from them and the beach.
We never had a problem finding parking. The beach supplies were a hit, with a rolling cooler, umbrella and sand chairs for everyone.
The separate A/C for each room was a plus. The unit is situated in a way where we didn’t always get the ocean breeze.
The hosts were very responsive when we arrived early. Great communication.
There are shops one mile away. We enjoyed a walk and cinnamon rolls one morning.

This unit was the perfect place for a family reunion, with grandparents and a 13-month toddler.
The balcony overlooks the lawn facing the ocean beyond, and the unit is in close enough proximity to the community grill and the pool (which was never too busy).
All rooms were extremely comfortable. I even appreciated that there was a small step ladder for shorter members of our family to reach the in-unit washer/dryer and the taller bathroom vanity sinks.
As for the complex itself, it's a 5-10 min walk to a beach and a 5-10 min drive to the shops and other eatery/grocery stores. I appreciated that the complex was situated in the quieter part of the S Kihei road.
All in all, we would return again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay. The property was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the 3 beds/3baths worked well for our group. Loved waking to the birds and view.
