Step into Papakea J303 a 2-bed, 2-bath condo situated on the 3rd floor and features a private lanai with ocean views, brand new furniture, and a split AC system in the living area. This condo can accommodate up to six guests. There is an elevator for easy access to the unit. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and offers a flat-screen TV. In the en suite bathroom you will find an oversized walk-in shower with seats for added accessibility. In the second bedroom you will find a queen-size bed, twin-size bed, and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is beautifully remodeled and offers another walk-in shower. In the living room you will find a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, free WiFi, DVD player and cable. There are ceiling fans throughout the condo and bedrooms.
The fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen features new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, tiled back splash, new counter tops, and custom lighting. In addition, both bathrooms and all of the living areas have been recently remodeled and updated with new furniture.
*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit will begin November 12th, 2025, with an estimated completion projected on or around December 18th, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***
* The Resort Fee of $25 per day at Papakea includes one parking permit with each additional vehicle will be charged an added cost of $5 a day. This is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not associated with My Perfect Stays.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

We love Papakea! This unit was as described. It worked very well for 2 couples. Upon arrival I noticed a pile of hair behind the toilet .. it cleaned up quickly with the hand held vacuum - it just should have been caught. ( there is always hair in a bathroom.) as a VRBO owner I know this.
We loved Maui and this unit was great!

The place was clean and well appointed. No issue with the unit. However, we left a pair of AirPods in the bed and a bracelet on the dresser by accident upon check-out. When they checked with the cleaners they reported them not found. When we asked the management company to return to the unit to check they refused to disturb the next customer. We found that policy unreasonable and not customer oriented. We have lost some valuable items and believe that a timely search of laundry and room might have turned them up.

The condo had everything that you could want. The condo was fully updated and equipped with everything you need to cook or grill. A beach chair broke and the staff immediately brought a new one. They were always timely with responses when I emailed.

Loved the place. The resort is so well maintained. The apartment is very comfortable. Location is great. I would add more drinking cups (there were only 3 or so) and more beach towels (we got three for 4 people). Other than that it was perfect.

The main issue we had was with the Air Conditioning. There is technically AC in the place, but it is only in the living area. It wasn't powerful enough to cool the bedrooms. While there were fans in the bedrooms, it wasn't enough to keep us cool at night in September. However, the rest of the condo was really nice. Clean condo, awesome landscaping, great pools, and plenty of places to eat and shop that are within walking distance.

The location is perfect. My only complaint was we found the cleaning to be lacking. there were HUGE toenail clippings left on the seat of chair in master bedroom and elsewhere in the condo. seems like they just sprayed cleaning smell but didn't wipe anything down. Thick layer of dust on pictures and shelving and cabinets in kitchen. We went and bought Clorox wipes and windex wipes. I reported to the front office my findings and they apologized but nothing came of it. The Condo itself was in fair condition, the bed was comfortable, the grounds were great.

We had a very good experience here. Nice clean property with great views of the ocean. All the employees were very nice and helpful. The condo itself was clean and nicely updated. Maui was beautiful however the 4 hour drive on the road to Hanna was a waste of time because wrong information was given from the front desk staff at the resort. When I went to say something about it to them they excused me like I wasn't anything at all very rude. The condo was clean and the view nice.

Super clean room with just the right amenities (AC, cookware, beach gear/towels). Loved the updates to the bathrooms and kitchens. Great location, and the resort activities (pickleball, putting green, pool) were just right. Would definitely stay here again.

All the necessities were available in the condo. My friends made breakfast every morning in the kitchen. Lots of beach equipment to take to the ocean and enjoy the sand and surf. We had no problems during our stay at all!
